So, as a child dazai talked to himself a lot, and some people thought it was weird, or would try to listen in on what he was even talking about. He didn't like people snooping around in things that aren't their buisness, so he decided to make a language. He also talked to his cat a lot, so he decided to make it out of meows XD so he made this complex, weird language solely off of sounds cats make, and talked like that when he didn't want people to know what he was saying.
Whenever his cat wanted food, it would sometimes meow in a certain way, so he decided to make hat meow the meow that meant food. After using it a lot, his cat started to use it a lot, too. He needed a word for water, so he made one. Whenever his cat was thirsty, he would use that word to say water, then go give him water. Then his cat started to say it, too. So he basically just tought his cat how to talk to him after that XD
