XV) The Worry

I woke up relieved that I was still with Annabeth.

I kissed her forehead, "Morning, Wisegirl."

She opened her eyes alittle and smiled at me, "Morning seaweed brain."

I hugged her alittle closer, feeling her cold skin against my burning heat.

"What happened?" I asked her.

We laid there in silence for a while.

She turned to her side and stared into my eyes, her grey ones sparkling in the morning light.

"I love you." I told her.

"I love you too."

I kissed her lips, they were puffy and pealing.

I pulled back and gently touched her lips with my thumb.

"Sorry." I said.

"For what?" She asked.

"Biting." I said and she smirked at me.

"Does it hurt?" I asked, looking at her worried.

"Yes, it hurts so bad."

"Really? Shit, I'm sorry." I said, my eyes growing wide.

"No, I'm kidding, seriously, Percy, do you see the stuff we fight? This doesn't hurt."

"Yeah, yeah, take advantage of my obliviousness." I said sarcasticly. 

"Percy,"

My mind immediately went to how we got to this situation.

She kissed me, placing a cool hand on my shoulder, calming me down alittle.

"Annabeth, you were drugged, who knows what could've happened." I said, my fist clenched again and my jaw ticked.

"I know,"

I got up and wore my pants.

"All I'm saying is, if I see him, that scar won't be the only one he has."

I looked at myself in the mirror. Pink-blue splotches ran down my neck, covering my chest and abs.

"Wow, you really went to work huh?" I smirked at her.

She stood up and wore her clothes, "So did you." She rolled her eyes.

"Well, when you're doing the things you do how do you expect me not to?"

She ran her hand down my chest following the marks that have appeared.

"Does it hurt?" She asked

"Very much." I said, smirking at her as her eyes followed down my chest.

Her eyebrows furrowed, she looked up ready to say something and saw me smirking, "Oh, ha ha." She said sarcasticly.

"What? You started it."

"Real mature."

I smiled pecking her lips.

"Are you okay?" I asked her.

"I'm fine, seriously." She said looking at me reassuringly.

I pulled her closer to me, "If you're not, I'm here." I hugged her.

"I know." She whispered.

"So.. what do we do today?" I asked, going to the bathroom.

"I.. anything." She said.

I raised an eyebrow at her, "Anything?"

I splashed my face with water.

"Yep, anything." She said walking over to me.
