As Jen stirred from her slumber, her senses gradually awakened to the comforting warmth of Lana's body nestled close to her own. The soft, rhythmic rise and fall of the brunette's breath against her skin was soothing Jen's mind as she blinked her eyes open. The blonde couldn't help but smile as she admired Lana's gentle features—the curve of her cheek, the flutter of her eyelashes, and the slight parting of her lips as she breathed softly. Leaning in ever so slowly, she brushed her lips against the brunette's nose, placing a small kiss on its tip.

Jen lingered for a moment, savoring the warmth of Lana's presence and the tranquility of the early morning. The rising sun bathed the bedroom in a soft light, since they'd forgotten to close the curtains before falling asleep and Jen could feel the amount of happiness in her heart from waking up like that — next to this beautiful woman whose dark hair was practically shining under the gentle rays.

Suddenly, Lana stirred, and her eyelids fluttered open to reveal sleepy eyes that sparkled with recognition and love as she saw her girlfriend looking at her.

"Good morning," the brunette murmured, her voice soft and filled with warmth.

"Good morning," Jen replied with a gentle smile. "Did I wake you?"

"No," Lana answered hoarsely, letting out a content sigh before attempting to stifle a yawn. "What time is it?"

"I'm not sure, but the sun isn't fully up yet, so I guess it's early."

"Good, because I don't want to leave this bed yet," the brunette grinned, her hands roaming up her girlfriend's arms, over her shoulders, neck, and eventually settling on her cheeks. She brushed some loose strands of blonde hair behind her ears. "We've woken up next to each other countless times before... and still, this feels like the first time."

"Mm, maybe because we're still naked?" Jen smirked, leaning into the other woman's touch.

"Well—yeah, okay," the brunette chuckled before pulling her girlfriend closer and gently kissing her on the lips. The blonde sighed as she melted into her, her naked body now almost on top of Lana's.

The morning sunlight continued to filter into the room, casting a warm and inviting glow around the two women entwined in each other's embrace. With their kiss deepening, a wave of desire and affection surged through them. The brunette's touch traced delicate patterns along Jen's spine, sending shivers of pleasure through her body, causing her to tangle her fingers in Lana's dark hair, pulling her closer as their kiss grew more fervent.

With a soft moan, the brunette arched her back, pressing herself against her girlfriend as their naked bodies melded together perfectly.

Eventually breaking the kiss, Lana gazed into Jen's green eyes with a mixture of passion and adoration. "Are you hungry?"

"For.. food?" The blonde's cheeks flushed a dark crimson red and the other woman couldn't help but laugh, because Jen looked way too adorable right now.

"Yeah, for food," Lana grinned. "We could have breakfast in bed like in every good romcom."

"What else? A Thriller? Are you my Jen during the day and a serial killer at night?" Lana teased, her laughter filling the air. "Or is our story a drama? Well, I could see that in some aspects, but it's not nearly enough to be classified as a drama."

Jen chuckled, shaking her head. "Well, maybe we don't really fit into any category."

"Maybe we're just us," the brunette mused, her gaze softening as she looked at Jen. "And that's more than enough for me."

With a tender smile on her lips, the blonde nodded. "Yeah, for me too."

With a content sigh, Lana stretched her arms above her head, her dark hair cascading in loose waves around her shoulders as she sat up. "Wanna stay in bed, and I'll prepare breakfast and then bring it up here?"
