Backstory: Madelaine was born in France to a very aristocratic family. Her mother Lorraine was a famous model and now owns her own fashion company while her father Raphael runs a brand of luxury wine. As a child Madelaine had the best of everything from clothes to the latest electronics. She had her own driver who brought her to school every day. Madelaine also attended an exclusive private school with many other wealthy french elitist children. She also was enrolled in a prestigious ballet school where she was the top student. When she was older her dad got an opportunity to work in Korea. The family moved there and Madelaine started attending a new school. She didn't speak Korean which did make communication difficult however the teachers were very understanding. One day Madelaine was struggling to read a book for one of her lessons and that's when she was approached by one of her classmates who was named Kyoung-hee. Kyoung-hee offered to tutor Madelaine in Korean and Madelaine accepted. The two developed a friendship and spent time outside of school together. Kyoung-hee was a bit nervous since they were from two different social classes but was glad that Madelaine wasn't like other girls who had rich families. Kyoung-hee eventually grew to have a crush on Madelaine but she knew it would never work out since she was poor while Madelaine was rich. Madelaine was grateful to have someone like Kyoung-hee who liked her for herself rather than for how rich she was.

Derniere Danse by Indila

[ Lyrics ]

Oh ma douce souffrance
Pourquoi s'acharner? Tu recommences
