Today was the day that Lydia Frye (a 7th year Hufflepuff) returned to Hogwarts after a long summer break with her family, she knew that when she returned to Hogwarts that her friends would be waiting for her in the great hall to greet her with confidence.
She took a deep breath and got in a carriage that was pulled by hippogriffs.
She said to the driver "Hogwarts please sir"
As soon as she sat down, the carriage carried her off to the place that she felt more at home.
As soon as Lydia saw through the clouds, the huge castle standing on the horizon, she felt butterflies in her stomach, she had missed her home and her friends very much.
As she got out of the carriage , she put on her Hufflepuff robes, took a deep breath and sighed to herself "I'm home"
As soon as she got to the great hall, she saw a face within the crowd, it was poppy sweeting, her best friend and unbiological sister.
Poppy screamed her name out so loud that all students turned to look that it was Lydia, she had had a major glow up since she started in her 5th year when her mentor professor fig had brought her for the first time to be sorted into a house.
