As Lydia walked into the Slytherin common room, she saw Sebastian and Imelda welcome her into the party.
"Lydia, you okay, you look like you've had a breakdown"
"I'm okay I promise"
But the look in her eyes said differently.
"Don't lie Lyds, what has happened?"
Imelda was concerned for her friend but she knew that if Lydia wanted to speak to her about what had happened then she would in her own time.
Lydia asked where the drinks were and Sebastian lead her to the punch that everyone was having.
"Does Alexei know that you know his secret?"
"Don't mention that name to me ever again Sebastian"
Just as Lydia was getting drunk very quickly, Alexei walked in with his best suit and tie on, he searched the room looking for Lydia, when he spotted her, he ran to her.
"Hey there beautiful"
"Excuse me who are you?"
"It's me Alexei"
"I don't know anyone called Alexei"
"Lydia, what's going on"
Lydia could see that his heart was breaking right in front of her.
"How could you fucking lie to me, I gave myself to you and you betray me like this"
"Never speak to me again, if you try, you'll see a side to me that nobody has"
Before he could say anything, Lydia ran off to Sebastian and snogged him right in front of everyone.
Alexei's temper began to boil over next you knew, he got his wand and casted Crucio aiming for Sebastian, but before it reached him, Lydia stood in harms way and was hit with the curse instead.
"AHHHHHHHHHH" "THE PAIN, MAKE IT STOP"
Within 2 minutes of casting crucio, Lydia was rushed to the hospital wing where nurse blaine treated her for the wounds.
