"It's nearly over Lydia, just one more push"

With one big push, the babies came out.

"Is it a boy or a girl?"

"We have twins, my love oh merlin, they look just like you"

"Boys or Girls"

"One of each, a boy and a girl"

Alexei gave the babies to Lydia.

"My son and my daughter, I have been waiting for you to come into my arms, ill protect you till the end of time"

"What are you going to name them?"

Isabella asked.

"Their names are Scorpio and Aries"

"My beautiful grandchildren, i'll adore you till the end of time"

As Lydia was resting from the pain she endured, Alexei couldn't help but admire how beautiful his children were.

"My Pride and Joy"

"I can't believe you are really here, i'm so happy"

As the sun began to set, Lydia opened her eyes and screamed.

"Lydia, is everything okay?"

She answered

"I can see angels singing, oh merlin how beautiful"

Isabella knew that Lydia was suffering with childbed fever as her favourite sister died from it, she comforted Alexei and said to her son.

"I'm very sorry to say this son but the love of your life is dying"

"No, there must be something we can do, please help her mother, I beg of you"

"I'll see what I can do to help her"

20 mins later
.....

"I have something that will help you Lydia"
"Thank you Mrs Murphy, I'd appreciate it"

Lydia sat up from her bed and drank the medicine, it made her fall asleep very quickly.

"She'll be okay now son, we will look after the babies for now till she recovers"

2 hours later
.....

As Lydia woke up from her deep sleep, she could hear crying from her babies.

"Alexei, are you still here?"

He was so happy that his love had woken up.

"My love you are awake, everything is okay, the babies needed feeding, my mother is helping whilst you rest"
"I appreciate the help but I'd like to hold my children"
"Of course, I'll collect them now"

As Lydia regained her strength, Isabella and Alexei brought in the twins.

"My Scorpio and My Aries, how I have missed you both"

Lydia took Aries into her arms and cradled her daughter.

"They look like me, oh merlin"
"I'm so happy that you have recovered Lydia, you'll be the best mom to my grandchildren"
"I'll do my best Mrs Murphy"
