I sat tapping my pen on my notebook. I was listening to a track Rachel sent me. I nodded looking at the wavelengths on the screen as the music played.
I don't know what to write about. I mean I should but I'm coming up blank. I've had writers block for a month or so now. I even have my therapist tryna get me through it but it's ultimately up to me now.
I heard the door open and Julius walked in looking around. Uh, what's he doing here? He didn't even say anything just went back out the door.
Soon he walked back in with my mom. What is she doing here?
She looked at me while I looked confused.

"What are you doing?" She asked.
"Writing?" I said a bit confused. What else would I be doing at the studio?
"You know what time it is?" She asked.
I looked at my phone seeing it was around three o'clock.
"It's around three." I said confused.
She was just looking at me. The hell? Am I missing something?
"Your fitting."
"My fitting? Oh, my fit-oh shit." I said as I started grabbing my stuff. "I totally forgot about that. I didn't tell Vince so I gotta go get Ryan-"
"I have Ryan, calm down." My mom said and I sighed in relief and slowed my movements down a bit.
"I totally forgot. I'm sorry." I said grabbing my bag.
"Hey, calm down. It's okay. You okay?" She asked curiously.
"Yeah, just something I'm working on and I'm coming up blank." I said taking a beat. "Just some writers block."
"A better reason to take a break." She said smiling.
I know she not talking. I nodded as we started walking towards the door.
