The Windigo is a supernatural creature from Algonquian Mythology. It is usually seen as a humanoid entity that feeds on humans. It is often seen as being a symbol against the taboo of cannibalism.

It is often seen as a spirit too), possession (In some stories, to become a windigo one must be possessed by its spirit), morality manipulation, darkness manipulation, disease manipulation, air manipulation, shapeshifting, limited invisibility (It was said to be so thin it could not be seen from the side), large size (Type 0. Said to be 15 feet tall), immorality (Types 1,2,3,6, and 7), regeneration (Low-Mid, possibly Mid; can heal from any wound, though it sounds fairly vague, so we don't know the extent), fire manipulation (Leaves begins fire whenever it steps), enhanced senses, sound manipulation (Can mimic the sound of others. It's screeches are fairly loud), magic
