Jason Voorhees is a guest character introduced in Mortal Kombat X as a crossover with the Friday the 13th movie series. Jason died as a young boy, drowning because of the negligence of the staff of the summer camp he was in. His mother settled in the area and started murdering in retaliation, going on for years until she died at the hands of her own prey. This sprung Jason to rise from the dead as a vengeful juggernaut and enter an endless killing spree. Many have tried to stop him, to no avail, and fell under his bloodlust. Liu Kang, who had recently become ruler of the Netherrealm, turned his attention to Jason and how useful he would have been for his plans of conquest. He convoked him to his realm and promised him an endless pool of slaughter in return for his allegiance. He regretted doing it.
Tier: High 8-C
Classification: Revenant, Serial Killer
Powers and Abilities: Superhuman physical characteristics, martial arts (Makes use of an effective custom fighting style), machete mastery, acrobatics (Can perform a number of jumping punches and kicks. Able to run on vertical surfaces to jump off of them and swing on vines to attack), immorality (Types 1[likely], 2, 3, 4 and 7; Jason is a revenant like Scorpion, a vengeful spirit returned to life. Due to being an undead, most of his lower body has a low temperature. Many different attempts at killing him proved futile. Can casually walk around with a knife stuck in his neck and yank it away like nothing. Liu Kang considers him immortal), likely resurrection, and supernatural willpower (Returned to life to average his mother death after his own death, but it is unknown whether he would be able to do it again. His resurrection technique might be literal), regeneration (At least Mid-Low, time frame unknown; Doesn't bear any visible sign of the multiple killing attempts he went through, including being stabbed through the neck), self-sustenance (At least type 1; Drowning and hurling him to space weren't enough to take him out), weapon control (Can conjure his machete into his hands whenever he wants, even when after throwing it away himself, and making it dissappear as well), forcefield creation (Via Killing Machine), body puppetry (Via Pursuit), teleportation (Via Lake Mist), healing (Via Rise and Resurrection), empowerment (Via Damned, a passive ability that progressively increases Jason's strength as his health decreases [the given numbers are considered Game Mechanics]), damage boost (Via Punishment. Can also execute enhanced versions of his special attacks at the cost of more stamina), resistance to cosmic radiation (Survived in outer space)
Attack Potency: Large Building level+ (Brutally murdered Liu Kang without much effort)
Speed: Massively Hypersonic+ reactions and combat speed (Had the better of Liu Kang)
Lifting Strength: Class K (Overpowered Liu Kang. Can effortlessly snap spines and necks)
Striking Strength: Large Building level+
Durability: Large Building level+(Superior to Liu Kang)
Stamina: Superhuman (Can push through inhuman levels of punishment, survive what would be lethal of punishment, survive what would be lethal for common humans and is seemingly indifferent to pain)
Range: Standard Melee range physically; Extended Melee range with his machete; Several Meters with ranged attacks and various abilities
Standard Equipment: His bloody machete
Intelligence: Unknown normally (Practically mindless, as he seemingly can't be reasoned with, does not talk and exists only to murder anyone that appears before him, even though all of this could just be a choice of his), Gifted in combat (Has killed people in the hundreds for years. Utilizing a surprisingly well-crafted fighting style, managing to effectively wield melee weapons as projectiles, striking opponent's meters away precisely. Made short work of Liu Kang, one of Earthrealm's greatest warriors)
