Later that night, everyone sat in the living room, watching TV. Clovel stood up after getting a message from his sister. "I gotta head out, everyone. My mom and sister are about to land."

Tiana got up with him. "Okay, sweetheart. We appreciate you spending time with us. We will see you tomorrow," Teresa said with a warm smile.

"Yes, ma'am," Clovel replied.

"See you tomorrow. I'm ready to see that turkey you got," Terrance added, shaking Clovel's hand.

"Yes, sir. Y'all have a good night," Clovel said as he put his shoes on.

"I'ma walk him out," Tiana said, following Clovel to the door.

They made their way to the parking garage. "Let me know once you get to the airport, baby," Tiana said, hugging him and laying her head against his chest.

"I got you, mama," Clovel replied, hugging her back. "I'll see you tomorrow. I love you," he said, lifting her head by her chin and kissing her gently.

"I love you too," Tiana said, smiling up at him.

Clovel unlocked his car and got in. Tiana watched as he was about to drive off. "Go ahead in, baby," Clovel said after rolling down the window. "I wanna watch you walk away," he joked.

"You play too much," she said, rolling her eyes and walking back toward the entrance.

Clovel grinned as he watched her go.

Clovel went home to switch vehicles, arriving in his Benz. He parked at the entrance, his sister and mom saying they would wait by the door. He put on his emergency lights before getting out of the car.

His sister and mom walked through the doors. "Hey, Velly," Challan said with a smile.

"Hey, Chall," he replied, hugging his sister before kissing his mother's cheek. "Hey, Mommy."

"Hey, my sweet boy," she said, patting his arm affectionately.

Clovel picked up their suitcases, feeling glad to see his family and eager to spend time with them.

After packing the trunk, Clovel opened the passenger door for his mother and then opened the door for his sister. "Thank you," they both said in unison.

"How was the flight?" he asked as they all got settled into the car.

"It wasn't bad at all. Mama slept the entire flight," Challan replied.

"I was so tired," Carissa said, giggling. "How was your day, sweetheart?"

"It was good. I met Tiana's family. It went really well."

"That's good," Challan said. "You were scared for nothing."

"True," Clovel admitted.

"I can't wait to meet them all tomorrow," Carissa said with a smile.

"Yeah, you'll love them, Mama. They are really nice people," Clovel assured her, feeling a sense of excitement for the upcoming family gathering.

Forty minutes later, Clovel pulled into his gated driveway.

"Oh my god," Carissa said as she took in the sight of the house.

"You got to be shittin' me, Vel," Challan added, staring at the grand home.

"Y'all do not have to act like that," Clovel replied, shaking his head.

"This is our first time seeing it in person," Carissa said, still in awe.
