Chapter 80 - Anniversary

Six months later :

Elliot wakes up late in the morning as usual. He stretches his arms sitting straight then opens his eyes. "What the.." he gets surprised to see the beautiful decoration in the room. He looks around and sees the whole bedroom is filled with red and white balloons. Elliot gets off the bed seeing a cute teddy bear sitting on the couch with a letter. He opens it and smiles. 'Happy Anniversary my love.' is written on it. Elliot blushes so hard. Last few months was not easy for him. The panic attacks, anxiety, depression was killing him from inside as well as from the outside. But now he is better and healing. There are few things which still haunt him every night but it doesn't effect him too much now especially when a partner like Marco is here with him.

Elliot roams around the room and adores the decorations. "I still don't know what I did that I got such a loving husband." he says looking at the marriage pictures. "Is it a compliment for me?" Marco hugs him from behind. "What the hell you just scared me idiot!" Elliot scolds him then leans his head back on his chest. "Well, I'm so sorry for that baby, actually I'm not used to hearing my own praises, that's why I got over excited." Marco says. Elliot giggles. "By the way, Happy Anniversary El." he wishes. "Happy Anniversary to you too Mr. Husband." Elliot wishes him as well. He turns around to face him. "So, what special thing you want for today?" Marco asks leaning forward to kiss him. "Let me think okay?" Elliot stops him placing his finger on his lips. Marco grabs his wrist pulling him closer. "Don't tease me like this baby (looks at his lips) or I'll loose my control." he says. "Shut up I need to take a bath first!" Elliot pushes him away. "Can I join with you?" Marco asks. "No!" Elliot closes the door.

In the living room:

Elliot finally comes down after an hour. He sees that the whole mansion is so beautifully decorated with balloons and lights. "Happy Anniversary!" everyone shouts together. "Oh My God! Thank you so much guys." Elliot thanks them. "So, what's the plan huh?" Lisa teases. "Shut up Li!" Elliot turns red while blushing. He immediately walks away and sits on a couch next to Marco. "Happy Annivelsaly mumma dadda.." Eleanor and Siya wish them in the cutest way. They are wearing a frock with the marriage pictures are printed on it and holding two cute teddy bears on their hands. "Awww.. thank you so much princess." both Marco and Elliot hugs them tightly. Roger walks towards them with a handmade card on his hand. "Happy Anniversary and thank you." is written on it.

Elliot pulls him closer making him sit on his lap. "Thank you for what?" he asks. "For loving me so much." Roger replies. Elliot kisses on his cheeks. "You are also our family Roger, you are special." Marco says. "And from now on, you are our son." Elliot says. "Really? Can.. so.. (gulps) can I call you mumma now like they calls you?" Roger asks innocently. Elliot squeezes his cheeks. "Whatever you want my boy." he replies. "Yayyy..." Roger hugs him out of joy. Meanwhile the other two Christine and Ayushi starts crawling towards him. "They also wanna hug you." Marco says. Elliot kneels down and hugs them as well. "My mumma.." Eleanor jumps on him with Siya. "Oh God calm down guys!" Elliot laughs. Lisa and Riya help him to sit properly as all the kids are jumping around him for a hug. Marco clicks their pictures where Atharv makes the videos. "Elliot, Dr. Stella is here." Maya informs. "Okay I'm coming." Elliot says then hugs all the naughty kids one by one.

In the garden:

"Happy Anniversary Elliot." Stella wishes. "Thank you so much doctor." Elliot hugs her then they sits on the swing together. "So, how are you feeling today?" Stella asks sipping her tea. "Better actually and especially when I was with the kids." Elliot replies. "Also when Marco surprised me with the decorations and wishes." he says. Stella puts the cup on the table. "Great. It feels so good to see you smiling after so many days and also now I can sleep peacefully knowing my therapy sessions are helping you." she says. Elliot smiles sipping the tea. "Okay so, is there any special plan to celebrate this day? Anything?" Stella asks. "I don't know, cutting the cake maybe. Uhm... actually I'm not sure." Elliot replies. Stella nods. "Uh, would you mind if I ask you something?" she looks at him. "No, go ahead." Elliot replies.
