We both drew our five cards.
YN: I'll go first! Draw! I'll start by summoning Electricity Knight: Mace Volt to the field!
Mace Volt runs out, slamming his mace to the ground as electricity shot out his weapon.
Mace Volt: lvl 4

YN: Next I'll activate his special ability! When he's summoned, I can summon an Electric Orb token to the field!
Mace Volt slams his weapon into the ground again, the energy forming into a sphere and floating next to him.
Orb: lvl 4
atk: 0
dfns: 0
YN: Next I'll activate the spell card Electricity Harvester! This card lets me drain 500 attack points from one monster on my side of the field in order to summon a second Electricity Orb!
The card sapped electricity from Mace Volt as the energy formed into a second Sphere next to him.
Mace Volt new atk: 1300
Kite: What's the point of creating all of these worthless orbs? They'll do you no good come my turn.
YN: You'll see soon enough. Next I'll activate the spell card Overlay Satellite! This spell lets me treat one of my monsters as two overlay material, and I'll of course choose Mace Volt!
Two Satellites appeared around Mace Volt, swirling around him, scanning his body before creating a copy of him.
YN: Now I'll build the overlay network! XYZ SUMMON!
The two orbs and the two Mace Volts were covered in a yellow glow before shooting up into the overlay network. It explodes, out coming-
YN: Lightning Knight: Valiant Swordsman!
A knight decked out in Gold and White armor appeared, wielding a sword covered in lightning.
Valiant: Rank 4

dfns: 2600
Kite: I see. All that work for one monster that won't last till your next turn.
YN: I wouldn't be so sure. I set one card and end my turn!
Kite: My turn then! I draw! I'll start by discarding my Photon Lizard in order to special summon Galaxy Soldier in defense mode!
He sent his card away and a figure appeared, glowing a bright white. The glow slowly faded and there stood a warrior decked out in gold and silver standing in a defensive stance.
Soldier: lvl 5
atk: 2000
dfns: 0
Kite: When Galaxy Soldier is special summoned, I can add one Galaxy card to my hand, so I think I'll take my Galaxy Eyes Afterglow Dragon!
He drew the card from his deck, getting a small smirk before losing it for his serious demeanor again.
Kite: Next I'll activate the special ability of my Photon Vanisher in my hand! Since I have a Galaxy monster in my control, I can special summon it to the field!
A monster suddenly appeared, wearing a black and gray suit with glowing blue parts and a gun in its hands.
Vanisher: lvl 4
