32. The Restart

"Paa.. I am pregnant " Ohm said to his paa gathering the courage and not looking at his father becuase he is afraid of the reaction of his father . He was afraid his father gonna react the same like before when he find out about him being pregnant with Eve . For few seconds there was no reaction and the silence was making the situation more intense . They were no more hugging and Ohm's father was not even letting out a word , not at all a reaction . His expression can't even understand and he is looking away . The tension inside the room was making Ohm more anxious and he was fidgeting his hands in nervous . Why is his Paa so silent ? 

"Ohm.. are you for real ? " It was his mother and she have happy tears in her eyes and she looks so excited . Ohm was wondering since when will his mother came there and did she heard all the conversation between him and Paa ? 

"Mom.. hmm.. its.. yeah .. i.. i am .. " Before he complete his words a tight hug made him surprised along with tears . And the fact that it was his father made him more surprised and he can't even believe that his father gave the warm hug that he needed the most . 

He still remember since childhood he was his dad's boy . His idol was his Paa and he will wait for his Paa always for sleep . He cherished every moments with his Paa and he always asks for his Paa whenever he reach home . But after his father realised he can get pregnant , their bond started to rapture and they started to keep distance . But still Ohm loved his Paa dearly and he never hated him whenever he got beaten up even for Satang's mistakes . 

But after his father defied him and made him leave the house because of  getting pregnant , he was all broken and he still hoped they gonna call him at least just to check whether he is okay or not  . But it never happened and whenever he tried to call his Paa , he always avoided and even talked so rudely and looked so down on him too . That's why the come back of his mother and father made a big impact on him and he didn't dare to visit them often or talk to them even though they tried a lot to make up . He can forgive them but how can he forget the wound and the days he suffered that easily . That hug they shared today and the affection he got today along with the apology made him feel bad and he thought they will get back after this . And that made him more afraid to say about the second pregnancy and he is already almost 3 months now . He was afraid the history gonna repeat but this hug was something he never expected but he needed the most . 

"Paa.. " Ohm called his father nervously as well as being more afraid if this going to be a dream or not . His father pulled back from the hug and looked at Ohm with excitment and he have tears with a smiling face . 

"So i am going to be grandpaa again soon ? " He asked awkwardly and looking at Ohm's belly . Ohm didn't expected something so he is still in a dilemma . 

" Ooii.. you old man can't you hear what our son said ? I knew it .. when i saw you today , you look so pale and you gained a bit weight as well you lose your fitness too . I got suspicious but i wanted to hear from you so i didn't asked . Give me some space and let me see my son properly." His Mom was way too much excited and she even pushed his Paa aside and rushed towards Ohm who is still have no idea what's happening here . Still in the surprised face and praying to not be a dream . 

"Ooii.. Mom..Aren't you a bit over dramatic . Give me a way , i want to see my son properly too and talk with him too . Also what are you doing here ? You were sleeping there and I was the one who were here first and he was talking with me this whole time  .  Its a father-son moment , Why did you invade between us ? " His Paa said complaining and being more jealous .  His Mom gave a despised look to Dad and avoided the talk and even avoiding the existence of his Paa. 

She cupped his cheeks tearing up kissing his forehead like in the childhood and hugged him tightly . 

" Congratulations naa.. and Mom is so happy to be a grandmaa again . I know my son suffered a lot because of us , and i hope you forgave us too . I know it wasn't easy for you all these times even now seeing your brother like that , i know you regret you are having a battle with your own mind about telling your brother the truth and his reaction and all .But don't overthink just only think about the baby now .  I promise son .. we will try to be nice parents from now on and whatever we couldn't do all these times we will do that all . We will pay back for our mistakes and this time we will take care of you for the fullest . We are really sorry that we weren't the nice parents , we weren't there for you whenever you needed us the most .. and you didn't even deserved anything that happened to you . Mom.. is really sorry baby.. But just give us a chance again to love you and take care of you more okay . Mom really love you always Ohm..." Mom said tearing up and hugging Ohm to the dearest.  Ohm burst out in tears and he snuggled more to his Mom .Mom caressed Ohm's back and Paa joined the hug with them  hugging Ohm more closely . Ohm cherished the best moment in his life with a smile snuggling more to his parents .
