She felt like she needed to talk to Nick.
But she's scared. It's not like he wants her anymore. He never did.
But what if he 𝘥𝘰𝘦𝘴 still wan't her?
Nora shakes the thoughts from her head as she gets out of her car.
It's a peice of junk, but runs fine.
She stops in front of the house for a few second.
She takes a deep breath before walking up the steps.
This place is 𝘩𝘶𝘨𝘦. It's a litteral mansion.
She knocks on the door.
She waits. What if it's not Nick who answers?
And it isn't.
A middle aged woman opens the door. "Can I help you?" She asks sweetly, looking Nora up and down.
"Hi.. Uhhh.... Is Nick here?"
"Nicholas? No, he's not. You are..?"
"Nora Gray. Do you know where he might be."
She shakes Nora's hand. "Mrs. Goode. He moved out a few months ago. I can give you his apartment address.." She says.
He lives in a apartment? Strange.
"Well, look who it is." Will comes into the doorway next to his mom.
Nora rolls her eyes and chooses to ignore him.
Mrs. Goode writes Nick's address down on a tiny notepad.
"William. Be nice to this young lady."
"This 𝘚𝘩𝘢𝘥𝘺𝘴𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘳? Your joking."
Mrs. Goode pauses and looks up at Nora, examining her.
Nora's been told she doesn't look like she belongs in Shadyside.
Mrs. Goode doesn't say anything and looks back down at the notepad.
She tares the paper out of the notepad and hands it to Nora.
She takes it greatfully.
She smiles before walking back down the steps and to her car.
She can feel Will's eyes on her as she leaves.
And it's definitely 𝘯𝘰𝘵 in a good way.

Should she be doing this?
