Yuki sat back in her seat by the kids. She was cheering just as loudly as the kids as they were at a soccer game. Ryo sat beside her squealing. The game ends and the group heads home after the game.
"Next stop, Beika. Beika." The PA system announces.
"That was amazing!" Genta exclaims, "Did you see Hide's long shot?"
"Yeah!" Ayumi exclaims.
"I can't believe he scored from that far away!" Mitsuhiko exclaims.
"Big Osaka's goalie was surprised, too!" Ayumi exclaims.
"It was so cool! I love soccer!" Ryo exclaims.
"What? A school trip?" Ai asks.
"Yeah, for Teitan High School. So, you know..." Shinichi whispers.
"You want to use the APTX4869 antidote to restore your body so you can participate, right?" Ai asks.
"I knew you'd understand!" Shinichi exclaims.
"No." Ai responds.
"What?" Shinichi asks.
"The effects of the antidote are still only temporary. If you continuously take it in order to remain in your original body during the school trip, there's no telling what kind of side effects there could be. And besides, when you went to London..." Ai scolds and Shinichi thinks about it. He makes a face.
"And the Shiragami case! I had a local doctor come. I've saved you countless times with my quick wits and Yuki's when the effects of the medicine expired and your identity was about to be discovered! You still haven't learned your lesson?!" Ai continues in a firm tone.
"I know you're upset because BIG Osaka lost, but you were in a great mood since you got to meet Higo in the stands, who was out of the game due to an injury." Shinichi comments, "I even wore a BIG hat today and cheered for them."
"You shouldn't have done that." Ai responds before snapping at him, "You're the reason they lost!"
'She's still upset over the loss.' Shinichi's thoughts respond.
"Oh wow, your badge is so shiny, Genta." Mitsuhiko comments.
"I just polished it yesterday." Genta responds.
"Either way, give up on that school trip." Ai scolds. The train screeches to a halt and Ryo and the kids go flying. They fall over and Yuki looks over at Ryo.
"Ryo, you okay?" Yuki asks.
"Yeah." Ryo replies as Genta complains.
"We apologize for the sudden stop due to a red light. The doors will open once we've confirmed it's safe to exit the train." The PA system calls out.
"Are you okay, Ai?" Shinichi asks.
"Yes, I'm fine." Ai replies.
"You're not hurt, are you?" Shinichi asks.
"No." Ai replies.
"You scraped your knee!" Shinichi exclaims, "Do you need me to support you?"
"The doors are opening." The PA system calls out.
"Being nice to me won't work." Ai tells Shinichi.
"Really?" Shinichi responds. They head back to Dr. Agasa's.
"Oh, you met Higo in the stands? That's great." Dr. Agasa comments after the kids tell him.
"Yeah. He was really cool. Ai was blushing." Ayumi announces.
