A/N: Publishing this a little earlier because why not
Spending Halloween with your boyfriend Luke would be very different. The two of you were supposed to go trick or treating, but your Halloweens mostly consist of staying home and carving pumpkins or snuggling into the warm blankets.
"Y/N, I bought us some horror flicks!" Luke announced, shoving 5 DVDs in front of your face. He knew how much you hated horror movies. First few seconds into the movie and you're already running away screaming. "Luke," you swallowed. "Aw babe, don't worry! It'll be fun, I swear."
You weren't so convinced about that but you agreed anyway. Both of you plopped down to the couch as Luke played the movie. You both did your normal behaviors when watching a horror movie, you screamed and yelled and hugged each other really tight. Surprisingly, you survived until the third movie. "Never thought you'd be able to come this far, Y/N," Luke grinned.
"You should be happy for me, not tease me!"
In what seemed like the fourth movie, you started to be reslly engrossed in the movie's story. "Damn, this one's got a great history." you muttered. Luke, however, was already bored. "C'mon, Y/N, how are you still watching and enjoying this? All the jumpscares are so lame and the effects are clearly fake."
But you ignored him and continued gluing your eyes to the TV screen. You screamed once a jumpscare occured. "Y/N, that was so obvious and predictable," Luke sighed.
You still ignored him.
"Baaaaaabe," He whined, wrapping his strong arms around you. "Luke, not now." You gently push him off. He sighed, looking around for something fun to do. He stared at you, who seemed really concentrated on the movie. A smirk was immediately plastered on his face once an he had an idea.
He slowly went closer to you and wrapped his arms around you again until your bodies were now close to each other. "Luke," you groaned, squirming out from his grip. "Not so fast," he said, burying his face into your neck and kissing it. "Luke...." You slightly whimpered but managed to turn to him with a glare. This was his chance. "I told you not----"
He cut you off by crashing his lips onto yours. You tried to pull back to continue watching the movie, but you can't help but give in and kiss him back. He quickly pulled away and muttered, "This is what happens when you don't give your boyfriend enough attention," in a low voice before reattaching your lips once again, deepening the kiss this time.
Suddenly, you heard your door open and a familiar voice saying, "woah" then a low whistle. Both of you quickly pulled away and turned to see Michael, Calum, and Ashton in the doorway. You immediately buried your now red face in Luke's chest.
"GUYS!!" Luke yelled. "There's a thing called knocking! We even have a freaking doorbell!"
"We did ring your doorbell multiple times, you were just busy locking lips with Y/N!" Calum shrieked. "At least we stopped you from reaching the naked state." Ashton added.
Luke scowled. "What do you want anyway?" "Trick or Treat?" Michael asks.
You slowly raise your head to see Calum wearing a vampire costume, Ashton wearing a pirate one. Michael was probably wearing some costume of a certain character from a video game that he likes.
"No, we don't have candy." Luke replied flatly, still irritated that they interrupted your heated moment. "No guys, wait a sec, I have bubblegum in my pocket," You said with a smile as you inserted your hand in your jean pocket, searching for the gums. "Ah, here." You grinned as you dropped one in each of their plastic pumpkin baskets.
You couldn't help but smile at their reactions. "Thanks, Y/N!" Ashton cheers. As Calum gives you a hug, Michael chimes in. "You may now continue having fun with Luke," Michael winks, earning another glare from your boyfriend.
