You and the boys are staying at Ashton's for the holidays. Most of the time you were just lazing around and playing video games, but this time your best friend has finally insisted to decorate his house.

He had bought many Christmas decorations, along with a new Christmas tree. You kept complaining on how the boys didn't need a ladder to hang things on the higher part of the house. "Drink vitamins, Y/N!" Luke, who was the tallest, teased. "You don't have to grow anymore, though," Michael said. "Because you and Ashton's height difference is already okay, which makes the two of you cuter!" Calum added, winking at Ashton. The boys also tease Ashton of his height, because he's the shortest out of them four. "Stop discriminating my height!" Ashton protested.

"We're not! We're just talking about how you and Y/N look really cute!" Luke says. "You guys, I'm gonna go decorate the Christmas tree," You excuse yourself from your friends. "Hey, I'll help you decorate!" Ashton gives you a warm smile. "You guys always go together. Just get married." Michael cooed, however you ignored him.

"I'm sorry about the boys, get too offensive sometimes," Ashton chuckles as the two of you walk to the Christmas tree near the stairs. "Don't worry, it's fine." You laughed as you opened the box under the Christmas tree, revealing the decorations. "I miss it when we used to hang out a lot more when we were kids," Ashton says. "Why?" "I get to spend a lot of time with you before. But now I'm busy taking over the world with my three other best friends." He frowns. "Ash, don't worry! I'm actually happy for you because You're doing what you've been wanting to do for ages! And we still hang out together, so it's okay." You smile to him.

"We're done decorating over here!" Calum yells from the kitchen. "There are more decorations upstairs." Ashton replies. "Can I go there now?" "Yeah, why'd you ask?" "Who knows, you might be making out right now. I wouldn't want to walk in on that." "Calum!" You and Ashton both said through gritted teeth.

"Okay, okay, sorry." Calum chuckles, walking in. "Nice work on the tree though." He adds as he climbs up the stairs. You and Ashton had just started another conversation when Calum interrupted again. "Ashton, why did you buy a mistletoe?" He asked slowly. You can feel the smirk on his voice. "Oooh," Michael and Luke cooed, quickly rushing near you. "What? I didn't!" "Yeah you did." Calum emerges on the stairway, hovering the mistletoe above you and Ashton, making you look up. "Oh. I guess I wasn't really paying attention to what I was buying," Ashton shrugged, continuing his work. "Go hang it anywhere you like." "I already am hanging it where I like." Calum grins. "Nice one, Cal!" Michael said.

You and Ashton were confused, until Calum piped up. "Hurry up and kiss, my arm is getting tired." That's when you two realized. "Calum Thomas Hood, you cheeky bastard!" You protested. "Rules are rules, Y/N," Luke said in an amused tone. You slowly glanced at Ashton, who was already staring at you. "Well?" You ask him. He shrugged. "I guess rules are rules." He added a with sly grin before he grabbed you by the waist and crashed his lips with yours, earning a cheer from the boys.
