A/N: y/d/n = your daughters name
"Daddy, daddy! I want to go on the mini rollercoaster" y/d/n squealed, dragging Shawn's arm behind her. You chuckled to yourself, walking behind them and pushing the stroller.
Once the three of you arrived at the ride, you had to wait in line. Y/d/n, being the curious little girl she is, kept whining about the line being too long. Soon, the line started moving up, y/d/n kept telling you and Shawn about how scared and excited she was to go on her first rollercoaster.
"Don't worry princess, mommy and daddy will hold your hand the whole way" Shawn said, reassuring your daughter that nothing could go wrong.
Finally, all of you were on the ride. Shawn was on the left of y/d/n and you were on the right. The ride operators tightened your seat belts and the lap bar lowered down. Right away your daughter held your hand tight. You gently squeezed her hand to reassure that everything will be fine. Then suddenly the ride started moving. As it went up the little hill, you could tell y/d/n was very nervous.
"Princess, it's going to be a fun ride! Once the ride is over you're going to want to go on again" Shawn said and quickly smiled.
The ride stopped for a few seconds before the big drop and quickly went down the little slope. You could clearly hear Shawn screaming a lot louder than your daughter and the rest of the passengers on the ride. You giggled to yourself thinking about how childish your husband is. The ride went on a few little drops and finally came to a stop. You let out a big sigh because of how intense it was even though it was a child's rollercoaster, you weren't used to the feeling in your stomach.
As the three of you made your way to the exit, y/d/n asked, "That was so fun! Could I please go on again?" you and Shawn chuckled and both said, "Sure thing princess!" and all of you made your way to the back of the line once again.
