Chapter 2

Gabriella's P.O.V.

As I typed my last word I sighed in relief, it had almost been an hour since I started this assignment and I was finally done. I grabbed my phone and unlocked it, I went on Jason's contact number and pressed call, I patiently waited for him to pick up as I put evrrything away.

On the last ring he picked up.

"Baby" he answered in his deep voice.

"Jason" I sighed in relief as I knew he wasn't still mad.

"Im sorry I didn't call you yesterday..." I quickly said as I sat back on my bed.

"It's fine baby, forget about that, how are you? Everything okay?" He asked which made me smile at how much he cared.

"I just miss you... so much" I sighed twirling my hair with one finger.

"I know princess, I miss you too, but don't worry, I'm gonna be with you soon, I promise" he assured as I briefly closed my eyes.

"Do you know when you will be able to get back?" I asked looking at my calendar on the opposite wall seeing the date and how long he had been gone.

"Not sure yet, but everything is going smoothly here, just wait for me baby, don't stress" he replied, he could tell by my voice I was stressed, I just missed him.

"I love you" I sighed wanting nothing more but to just be in his arms as we fell asleep together.

"I love you so much more princess" he replied making me smile.

"So where is everyone? House seems quite" He asked, I could hear talking in the back ground

"Shut the fuck up!" I heard him yell over the phone to whoever was talking loudly, everything went silent before I heard some noises at the other end.

"Sorry babe, Carry on" he resumed making me shake my head and smile.

"Well mum's gone out to dinner with some friends, and Gabe is at soccer practice so" I replied looking down at my nails which I needed to get sorted out.

"So your home alone?" I could tell he was getting to his protective stage as his voice rose a little.

"Yeah but don't worry, Gabe should be home in a couple of minutes" and as if on cue, the door bell rang.

"And that's him, sorry jase but I will call you later" I rushed as I left my room to go and open the door.

"Okay... call me if anything princess, I love you" He said as I went down the steps.

"I will, I love you too, bye" I replied before I hung up.

I felt so much more closure once I had finally talked to Jason, even though he wasn't coming home soon, I was happy I got to talk to him.

I opened the door and saw Gabe who was covered in dirt and was wet.

"Oh god don't tell me you walked home" I gushed as the rain was extremly heavy.

"Well me and Harry did, but I'm also dirty from practice" he replied as he was about to come in.

"No way are you coming in like this, wait here" I said stopping him from coming in. I ran down the hall and to one of the spare bathrooms, I grabbed a towel and some nike slippers I went back to the door and set the slippers down and hand him the towel.

"Clean yourself up, leave your shoes out here and then come in and shower" I said laughing as he shook his head like a wet dog.

I went to the kitchen and turned on the stove, I put a pot on the stove on the flame and put water in it. I was going to make pasta.

I heard the door shut and I saw Gabe running up the stairs to probably go shower, I waited for the water to boil before I put in noodles to make spaghetti, I put another pot on the stove and put in some pasta sauce, I let that heat as I took out the spaghetti and put them evenly in 2 flat plates. I then scooped some sauce In to the big spoon and let it drip on to the top of the spaghetti, I got two cans of coke out of the fridge and took it out to the front room.

"Gabe! Come get your dinner!" I yelled up the stairs, gosh I sounded like a mum.

I went back to the living room and turned on the tv, me and Gabe loved watched Criminal Minds together so I put on that. I heard him come downstairs and he was wearing sweats and a tank top even though it's freezing.

I put on the fire place as I pulled up my knee high socks.

I heard Gabe moaning next to me mid way through the episode so I looked over slowly to see that he was moaning over the food as he slurped the noodles.

"Stop being so gross" I said in disgust, he laughed at me as he cleaned the sauce that had splattered over his face.

We continued eating and watching until we were both done, I took both of our plates, Gabe went back upstairs as I went to the kitchen and washed up. The kitchen kinda looked messy so I started to clean up all the spare utensils that were just lying around. I went to the living room and cleaned everything and put away the he clutter. By the time I was done it was almost 8pm, I yawned as I was incredibly tired now.

Mum should be back soon but I decided I was going to wait for her, I went back to the living room and went on my phone whilst I watched some more tv waiting for mum to come home, as I snapchatted Jason and my friends I didn't realise that I was slowly falling asleep until I fully fell asleep letting darkness hit me.
