Chapter 44

Jason's P.O.V.

He had touched her in a way that I could never get out of my head. I had to kill him, I wanted to see him tortured in front of me just to hear him cry in pain for taking my girl.

I squeezed down on the trigger shooting out a bullet in to his side making him fall on top of Gabi who was crying, my heart broke hearing her cries.

I ran up to her and threw his worthless body of her, pulling her up I quickly wrapped my arms around her body pulling her as close as possible as I continuously kissed her forehead hearing her cries.

"Shhh, its okay, I'm here" I hushed as she calmed down just by being with me.

I pulled away taking of my sweatshirt, I put it on her to cover her body just as she put it on, I was about to pull her closer to me when she passed out, I caught her just in time, quickly picked her up bridal style.

It was most likely from panic and anxiety that she had fainted, shes been through so much shit that I can't put in to words.

I walked away from the lifeless Jackass, I reached the van and ordered a couple gang members who were already back, to go get Rick's body, I got in to the back seat of Ryan's car and pulled Gabi on to my lap, letting her rest her head on my shoulder I kissed her neck, leaving my lips there for a couple seconds as I closed my eyes, thankful to have her with me again.

Ryan got in to the car and turned back to look at me and Gabi, realising I wasn't in the mood to speak, he simply just started driving. Taking me back to my house I told him to come in with me and along with all the other gang members that had come with me, and the other gang with Khalil in, to come stay at my house.

I carried Gabi upstairs and to my bedroom were I laid her down on the bed, covering her with the covers, she peacefully slept. Thankfully she didn't have any marks that I could see right now, but I was going to find out exactly what they did to her. After watching that live video of Rick touching and harassing her, I was raging with anger.

Hunter, my gang member and also the gangs doctor, came in to the room knocking.

"Hey boss" he muttered coming to stand in front of me. I nodded at him standing up and letting him do his thing. He checked her pulse before using those ear plug things to check her heartbeat, and then using a blood pressure pump thing to obviusly check her blood pressure.

"Okay, everything seems normal, she has a steady pulse and she hasn't been harmed in a major way. But I do need to check if she has any open wounds to cover them up in case she doesn't get any infections from them" He ended. I sighed nodding telling him to wait outside for a moment. I put some night shorts on to her and replaced the sweatshirt with a loose tank top. Even though I didn't feel comfortable with him having to look I'm detail at her legs and stomach, I had to do it for her.

He came back in and lifted her tank top and there was no real wound, just a bruise on her rib area which made me worried if she had broken her ribs or something.

"Hm, they are not broken, just bruised so I will put a bandage around her stomach and you will need to change it twice a day for a week or so and put ice on it if it starts hurting, other then that, shes fine" I was super relieved that no serous injuries were there however I still hated the fact that she was injured at all.

"But why did she faint?" I asked biting my lip.

He shook his head "It could be from panic, or from just lack of sleep. I imagine they didn't give her a good place to sleep so she is probably incredibly tired so don't be alarmed if she wakes up quite late tomorrow. Also when she does wake up, tell me so I can ask her if her head is hurting at all, just so we can make sure she doesn't have any brain damage of some sort," as soon as he said, brain damage, I went in to panic mode.

"But its highly unlikely that she has got any damage to the mind because there is no marks of such, so don't worry" He quickly added, calming me down.

After he left I put Gabi in to my sweatshirt again knowing she'll be a appreciative of it when she woke up.

I sighed looked down at her small body. She seemed so peaceful and as if nothing had happened. I caressed her cheek before leaning down and placing a long kiss on her forehead before moving away.

I then left the room and went downstairs to join the guys. We all sat around and talked about what we were going to do to get rid of Rick's still alive gang members since we ended up killing all of the members that were there today, whereas for Rick, he was in the basement of the warehouse, being guarded and made sure he didn't escape, oh how I couldn't wait to torture him for what he had done
