Abhimanyu POV:  3 months pregnancy

"Jaan, take this," I said, handing her the medicines, to which she made a face. "Okay then, let's go for a drive," I added. Her eyes shined as she quickly took the medicines and ate them, making me smile at her cute antics.

"Let's go," she said, to which I nodded. "If you want, go and change," I said, to which she denied. I sighed and picked her up in my arms. As always, she smiled, kissed my cheek, and rested her head on my chest. I went towards the lift, and after some seconds, we headed out.

Since it's quarter to one and everyone is in their rooms, we saw Disha and Lakshay sitting in the garden and enjoying their time. We both smiled, looking at them.

"Don't sit too much outside," I said, and they glanced at us.

"Yeah, Bhai, we will not," Lakshay said, to which I nodded. The driver brought our car, and I made Annaya sit on the passenger seat while keeping a pillow behind her back. Buckling the seatbelt tightly around her, I kissed her forehead, to which she smiled.

"I will drive," I said to the driver. Heading towards the driving seat, I added, "Take care," to Lakshay and Disha. I sat inside and drove.

"Abhi," Jaan called out.

"Hmm," I said, caressing her little baby bump.

"I want to eat ice cream," she said with a pout, to which I smiled.

"Okay, definitely we will," I said.

We drove towards the ice cream parlor. I knew that no ice cream parlors would be open at this time, but I had talked with the owners earlier and purchased ice cream parlor without Jaan's knowledge. I appointed some staff to work till late at night.

Stopping the car, I came out and walked towards Jaan to help her. She draped a shawl around herself, and we headed inside. The staff saw us and greeted us with a smile. Nodding, I made her sit on a chair.

"Okay, what do you want, Madam?" I asked with a smile, to which she made a face, thinking.

"Hmmm, can I get one chocolate, strawberry, and butterscotch?" she said.

"Definitely," I said and went towards the counter. As always, I took the cups and scooped chocolate, butterscotch, and strawberry ice cream. I could sense Jaan gazing at me with her beautiful eyes, making me smirk.

"Anything more, Madam?" I asked, placing the tray down on the table.

"Yes, can I get Mr. Abhimanyu Khanna?" she said in a seductive voice, making my pants tight.

"Definitely, you will," I replied and sat beside her.

She started having her ice cream while I sat there, glancing at my sweet, beautiful family and caressing the baby bump. "Love you, my baby girl," I muttered.

"No, it's my boy," Jaan said with a sad pout.

I sighed. As we learned we were going to become parents, we first went to the doctor to check everything. That first time, I felt lucky. Hearing the heartbeat made me cry—seriously, this is the best feeling.

And these three months were nothing but a rollercoaster. Jaan's sudden changes in mood swings, her insecurities, and everything else—I'm not complaining—but seeing her like this, especially whenever she cries, makes my heart bleed. Her growing insecurities—feeling like she is no longer beautiful or that she's gaining weight—make me feel as though I'm lacking in giving her the love and comfort she needs.

So, I do everything she wants, whether it's late-night snacking, late-night drives, or simply showing her love. I do everything I can because she deserves it.
