Craving for Biscuits
Ingredients :
• Maida(flour) ………..2 Cup
• Makhan (butter)………..3/4 Cup
• Andy(egg) ………..4 adad
• Cheeni (sugar)……..1 Cup
• Baking powder ………1 Tea spoon
• Vanilla Essence ………. 3 Drop
• Peela color (yellow colr)……….1/2 Tea spoon
Method :
1)Firstly in bowl ,mix flour ,baking powder and yellow colr
2)In another bowl .,add egg,sugar and butter beat them with beater
3) Then ,add our flour mixture in a egg and beat well till no lumps are formed .
4) pour the mixture in a 10x10 or 8x8 pan (tray)and bake it in a 180oC per 20 mint
5)After 20 min,when its ready remove the pan from oven and cut the cake rusk of desired size .Then ,spread your rusk pieces on the same tray and again bake it for 15 min till it occur brown in color.Enjoy it with your tea
