Homemade PANNA COTTA with Strawberry Syrup


Ingredients:

Milk Cream - 1/2 litre

Full cream milk- ½ litre

Sugar- 5 Tspns

Vanilla Extract- 2 Tspn

Agar Agar flakes- 4Tbspn (each cup liquid needs 1 Tbspn of agar agar)

Fruit Syrup-enough to pour on top

Method

In a sauce-pan, add milk & full cream, sugar, vanilla extract and agar agar and stir well and place this on medium fire.

Let this boil for 5 minutes or until agar agar completely dissolves. Keep stirring so that the agar agar does not stick to the bottom.

Turn off the fire and let it cool for 5 minute. Take a bowl and grease slight some vegetable oil and pour the mixture and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours or until it is completely set.

Now take a serving plate, place it on top of the bowl and flip it over. The penna cotta should slip out.

Pour your favourite fruit syrup on top of the penna cotta and enjoy this yummy desert
