zaffrani koftay

INGREDIENTS
Mince meat without fat___ half kg
Yoghurt___ 125 grams
Ginger___ 25 grams
Roasted grams___ 25 grams
Green coriander___ as required
Seasoning___ 1 small spoon
Onion___ 250 grams
Ghee___ 250 grams
Gralic___ 8 nos
Poppy seed___ 25 grams
Green chili____ as required
Saffaron___ ¼ small spoon
Fragrant water(rose water)___ 4 large spoon

METHOD
Boil the half minced meat and chop other half finely.
Add salt, pepper, seasoning, grams and poppy seed (crush them finely) in it.
Chop green coriander, ginger, mint, green chili and add them all.
Now take the chopped minced meat and prepare flat or rounded balls of it and redden them into ghee.
Like irani koofta prepare its curry.

Add saffaron(crushed) after mixing into fragrant water(rose water).
Besides add kooftay into boiler for few minutes and cover them.
After 15 minutes remove them.
Saffron kofta are ready now.
