Olivia Allen
My last night. It's already here. The show is over and we're going to hang out at the stadium now that everyone has filed out. The clean-up crew hasn't started yet so we can be as wild as we want and not worry about leaving a mess. It's already a mess in here.
Music started blaring through the speakers and Harry came over carrying some bottles of alcohol. "It's Liv's last night!"
"Surprise!" Niall smiled at me. "I thought we'd have a little going away party."
"That's so sweet of you." I kissed him.
"Anything for you." He kissed me again, some of the stress of me leaving coming through in it.
"Whoa, save that for later!" Louis said. "Liv, we're doing shots. This can be the end of this "Liv is kinda fun" contest."
"How does it work?" Liam asked.
"She just has to keep up with me."
I pretty much did. We probably drank too much. I lost count on how many drinks we had because I wasn't paying that close of attention but I didn't get too drunk. We finally called it off.
I found out later that Niall asked Louis to end it because he wanted me to remember my last night of the summer with everyone. Which is funny because I wouldn't have let myself get that drunk and also because I feel like I spend so much time looking out for him but he does the same for me all the time.
We all danced to blaring music. They were hit songs that are so mainstream you want to pretend to hate them but you can't help but enjoy them.
"Can we please hear some classics?" The alcohol had made me sassier.
"Like what?" Harry asked. It was his phone hooked up to the speakers.
"Like your typical wedding dance floor songs that dads jam out to."
"As in?"
"Maybe some Earth, Wind & Fire."
"Okay Louis was really onto something when he was calling you old. How's this?"
I heard the intro to "I Wanna Dance With Somebody" and I nearly jumped in the air. "Perfect!" I went to find Niall to dance.
The dancing went hard for a good hour and a half. It was so much fun. I should've been wiped but I had an insane amount of energy because of how good of a time I was having.
Pizzas were delivered at some point in the night and that came in clutch. All in all, it was a great end of the summer party. Well it's not the end of the summer for anyone else, just me. They get to keep living this awesome life while I'm going back to classes soon.
When the night finally had to end, everyone said goodbye either there at the stadium or when we got back to the hotel because my flight is so early that no one will be up in the morning to tell me goodbye.
It's not like I got to know everyone really well, the only genuinely sad goodbyes came from the boys, Mark, and Sophia. Gemma, Paul, and Cal came in second. Everyone else I never managed to bond with.
It was sweet of everyone but by the end of the night, all I cared about was being with Niall.
We made it back to our hotel after a terribly handsy car ride where I spent the whole time trying to hide how much I wanted to throw myself at Niall.
Once past the door to our room, I wasted no time. My arms were around his neck and I was kissing him right away.
"Wait." He kissed me again making me question if he meant it when he said wait. But he stopped me again. "Olivia, I want to talk to you."
