Sorry..!

The title says it all! I haven't posted in ages again x.x I think an update is due as to why that is. I have been losing weight for around 10 months now and have currently lost 5 stone 5 lbs. However, eating was a problem up until last monday, when I started to eat normally again. I have been focusing on myself and also with being so tired due to not eating right has resulted in me not doing anything productive all summer. And just today I completely binge ate. I don't feel guilty but I kinda done the same thing last week too, just not as bad as today. Last week I had 2 slices of cake in one day and 1 more slice the day after or 2 days after. Today I had 3 normal square meals but my binge consisted of 7 sea salt and pepper chips, salad mixed with choslaw (mostly mayonnaise), a banana (wtf so random I know LOL) 2 black pepper crackers (big-ish), 7 chocolates (most likely full of fat), a big slice of the cake I had last week and 3 normal hard sweets. I've had loads of carbs in my meals before hand and that probably didn't help. I know one binge won't make you gain weight but having done something similar the week before is not good at all. x.x Sorry, mini rant there? xD I'm just so afriad to gain the weight I have tried hard to loose back on.

I will try to have something posted this month. :) I would also like to say thanks for all the votes, comments, views and people adding this 'story' to their reading lists, it really does mean a lot. ^.^
