Robins point of view
I hear her cry ring out from her room. Her way of communicating with me, her cries tell me when she needs feed, needs changing or just needs me. I rush to her, she is still so tiny, but I know this won't last. I look at Roland these days and wonder where my little boy has gone. He growing all the time and so is she. Henry, Henry is all grown up now practically an adult.
Holding her in my arms makes my heart swell, her eyes are big, warm and brown like her mother's.
" Shhhh princess, daddy is here now, I've got you. I won't ever let anything harm you." I tell her. " should I tell you a Story? Of how I met you mother."
"Well for years me and my merry men had been hunted by the Queen, she thought of us as outlaws. But we were honorable thieves. We stole from the rich to give to the poor. But back in the enchanted forest, strange flying creature had started to appear attacking people who were going about their everyday business. Me and my band of merry men tracked these flying chimps hoping to prevent the attacks. And under the canopy of the forest I heard a scream and that was the first time I laid eyes on your mother she was so beautiful, her warm brown eyes that are just like yours, her red lips that shone against her pale skin. We saved your mother and snow White from the creature and where invited to join their party to take back the castle that once belong to Henry's great grandfather king leopold. It was shortly after this that we came to storybrook. A year of our lives had been took from our memories, it was the first year I had known your mother and it was took from me. But Henry's other mother Emma came to our rescue she helped us find you aunt Zelena. Now your aunt Zelena isn't as wicked as she wanted people to believe she just wanted a family, like she had never had. You see your grandmother cora gave Zelena away when she was a baby as cora had other plans that were not suitable for a child. And the family that took Zelena in where not nice people so when she found out that your mother was her sister she was green with envy. She just want a family and who doesn't. But after we arrived in storybrook, your mother asked me to keep care of the most valuable object a person has. Their heart. Now unfortunately your mother's heart was lost on my watch. Your mother came to me in the wood asking if I still had it and when I told it was lost, I didn't expect her to do what she did. Your mother pulled me in and there in the woods of storybrook we shared our first kiss. True loves kiss. From that moment I knew I loved your mother with all my heart and soul. It wasn't until we had gotten her heart back from your aunt that your mother told me about her encounter with Tinker Belle, the Green fairy, she had told your mother that the pixie dust would lead her to her soul mate, so your mother followed the pixie dust and she found this tavern and there sat a man with a lion tattoo. Your mother was to scared to come in, but love takes its time and happens in the most mysterious of ways. The point is we found each other and pixie dust never lies." She was listening to my every word taking it all in. " Now your mother is the most amazing woman I have ever met, here lasagne is the best and the apple turnover is amazing, the most important thing that you need to know is that she loves you, she loves you, Roland and Henry. But you she loves the most she gave up her life she that you could live."
