Chapter 15: Don't You Go (Thinking Out Loud)

The following morning I woke up in a shirtless Ashton's arms. I slid out of his arms pondering over the nights events as I searched for my own t-shirt.

"And I thought this wasn't a one night stand" Ashton joked. I pulled my shirt over my head and took a seat on the bed

"We both had a couple of drinks last night, I think it's pretty safe to assume this was a one time thing" I said making my way to the bedroom door. I was stopped by Ashton grabbing my waistline.

"I don't know about you but I was perfectly sober, well sober enough, last night" he said

"Then what was all that craziness?" I asked

"I guess I was just jealous at all the attention you were getting" he said pulling me back to bed. I couldn't help but laugh at that because I'd spent the better half of my years being friend zoned. "I meant what I said Allie"

"So what was this exactly, what are 'we' I mean, is there a 'we'?" I asked

"Well you know where I stand so the balls in your court now" my eyes widened

"Whoa" I said

"What?"

"It's getting pretty deep for the AM" I joked, Ashton laughed

"So...what do ya say Allie? Do you want to be my girlfriend?" YES YES YES A THOUSAND TIMES YES!!!!!

"uhhm...." I said wait, WHAT?!?

"uhhm?"

"Well, it's lot to take in right now. I mean it's ten oclock in the morning, i just woke up, my brain is not at full capacity right now, I'm going to need some time to process this." I asked

"Sure, just don't make me wait too long" he said

"Hey Ash"

"Yeah?"

"I'm sorry I called you a dipstick"

"No worries, I'm sorry I called you tramp-ish"

"It's all good, I guess we both got a little crazy last night" I said as I walked to the bathroom to fix the spiders nest I called hair "I am so dead" I said as I looked at the bite mark on my collar bone.

"You think you got problems" Ashton said pointing to the large red circle on his neck.

"Sorry"

"Don't be" he said smirking

"Ok then" I said "What I am sorry about is the fact I slept in these jeans, my legs are not happy right now" I joked, Ashton laughed

"It's going to be ok my little chipmunk" Ashton joked pinching my cheeks. I have no idea why but my face was always a little puffy in the morning.

"Why is everyone pinching my cheeks" I groaned

"Cause it's fun" Ashton smiled

"Goodbye Ashton" I said pushing him out the bathroom door.

I fixed up my hair and freshened up, but was unfortunately unable to do anything about the 'neck abuse'

"How is it that every time you come out of my bathroom you end up shirtless" Ashton laughed

"Shut up Irwin, it's your fault anyways" I said "How am I supposed to hide this in a v-neck"

"Just put the shirt on, no ones gonna notice"

"Easy for you to say, you don't look like Wolverine's mistress" I shot pointing once again to my collar bone

"But I thought he was your favorite" Ashton laughed
