2. Anxiety

Zoeys POV:

We finished the video yay "kian can you come round more often" I ask looking up at him "I'll try I'm just really busy" he says I get of his lap stand up and say "I need food" "fine" he says getting up and walking downstairs I follow him my mom said I followed him everywhere when I was younger I still do I think he sits down on the couch "hey get your but up and make me food" I yell "why don't we go out to eat" he says bored oh no I'm tiring him "am I making you bored" I ask sitting next to him he looks over at me "no no not at all" he says pulling me in for a hug "so what about we go to IHOP" kian says loads of the kids at my school go there "umm why don't we order a pizza" I suggested "what do you have something against IHOP" he asks "no i just wanna stay at home" I say "look we can go out and even meet the guys" he says "uhh uhh fine" I say even though I didn't want to go the kids that hate me always go to IHOP on Friday to hang out "I'll get change" I say running upstairs I have a walk in closet so I walk in look around

( zoeys closet is like Lauren Elizabeth's old one and has the bathroom as well)

Black leggings is what I choose but I don't have any tops excepted some crop tops I never wear I put one on that's white with black strips I get a grey hoodie and put it on over it and zip it up I put my hair in a ponytail and run downstairs

Magical time skip at IHOP with o2l

I keep looking around nervously I see the people from my school sitting at the corner I'm in the middle of Sam and kian jc Conner Ricky and trevor are opposite I think Sam noticed that I'm looking over at them so he says "what is your boyfriend over there or something" "no" I whisper shout nudging him they look over from there table "I need to go to the bathroom" I say Sam gets up and I run to the toilets and shut my self in a cubicle I was getting a panic attack I haven't told anyone about my anxiety or panic attacks I walk back calmly and Sam gets up again so I can sit down "hey zoey eat some food" kian says "I have" I reply "you ate 3 chips" Sam says "so whay I'm not hungry" I say annoyed "you've gotta eat" Trevor says he may be 16 but he ain't in charge of me '' you can't tell me what to do" I say to him they all looked shocked "zoey can I speak to you" kian says I was about to say no but he dragged me outside "zoey what's going on your looking at those people your rushing of to the bathroom your being rude to Trevor" kian says "look I get panic attacks and anxiety those people are not nice to me okay there gonna make fun of me at school now" I say "zoey why didn't you tell me" kian says "its embarrassing okay something's wrong with me" I say "zoey nothing's wrong with you" then kian gave me a long expiation about it then we went back in side kian started talking to the guys I just leaned back and put my legs up and held my knees please don't get a panic attack please don't I say in my head "lets go" kian says they pay and we all get out and go to Kian's car it only had four seats so ricky jc and Conner went to Ricky's car me and Sam were the definition of backseat drivers always shouting at kian so Trevor got in the passenger seat while Sam sat next to me he started to shout at kian Trevor joined in a little but me i held my legs and looked out the window everyone knew something was up "hey zoey this is a partnership not a solo job" Sam said referring to the backseat driver "I'm not in the mood today Sam" I say looking out the window suddenly my phone goes of I unlock it it's a dm from Katie she was one of the girls at IHOP the message was "hey loser saw you at IHOP who were those idiots with you I turn my phone of ignoring the message hopefully this will all get better
