My eyes widen with shock
"No no no, connie i..."
I didn't know what to say , because thats exactly what it seems like
"Steven, please , stop"
"Huh,?"
"I dont wanna hear it.. I just...i just wanna go home"
She turned an started walking again
"But i thought if you go home, you have to leave!"
I started to walk faster to catch up with her
"Exactly..."
I started tearing up
"No! I wont let you!" I grabbed her arm, but she shook me off of her
"I don't care Steven! Im leaving!"
We walked out my moms room, then onto the porch, then finally made it to the board walk in front of the big donut
We kept walking and fighting, also while grabbing donuts
When we made it back outside i said something, that probably ruined our relationship forever..
"But connie! Its not that big of a deal!"
She stopped
"NOT a bIG DEAl!!? sTEvEN FIRST OF All you get me a slutty bathing suit, then you make a different me to wear it , then, haha , then You FUDGE HER!! Right in freaking front of me!"
My eyes widened
She started to walk fast again, but i managed to keep up with her
"How, did you know that?!"
She stopped again and turned around
"SteveN, i wasn't that far away, and that doesn't even matter! Have fun with your doll"
She threw her drink and donut at me , and walked all the way home her self
I just stood there all sticky and gross and quietly groaned , and what made it worst was it started raining
"But connie"
I picked the donut off the groaned , look at it , and sighed
"Im sorry"
I threw the donut then
I put my hands in my pockets and headed home
Im such and idiot
why do you keep doing this
How didn't you know that wasn't the real connie
I kept fighting with myself till i made to the bottom of my steps
I put one foot on the stair then, took off running back towards connie's house
Its pouring and i was running for my life , to get back to connie
Tears started rolling down my eyes
"Im so sorry" i kept repeating to myself trying to fight my tears
My dad saw me
"Whats up kido!! Oh, why so glum?"
"No time!"
I started running even faster
By this point i was balling my eyes out.
I mad it to Connie's steps and started banging on the door
"Connie! Please!"
I heard the garage door and ran to the back
But i was to late, her car was already driving down the road
"cONNIE NO!!!"
I started running again, till i was to weak to go any further.
By this point im on the ground, screaming her name.
I try to push on i start getting up till i start to fall, and before i hit the ground someone catches me and pulls me and hugs me
Its my dad
"Steven, its ok, she'll be back"
"Yea, but not with me"
Connie's p.o.v
I was crying, hard. I didn't want to leave steven.
I sat in the back seat contemplating with myself if i made the right choice. I know it was , but honestly i doesn't feel like it
I look out the back widow to see Steven crying hugging his dad , then the slowly fading away
"Mom, at stop the car."
"What!? No, we are making good time!"
"Mom, we just left beach city...stop the car and let out , or turn around.."
"I not doing either ! I was told you need to leave !"
I was being an idiot
I jumped to the front and pushed my mom
"Connie!!"
"Stop the car mom!!"
She slammed her foot on the peddle and i got out and ran for beach city
"Connie!! Where are you going!!?" My mom screamed
I kept running
Steven's p.o.v
In my dads arms i kept thinking about everything
I decided to needed to get to her no matter what...i cant let us end like this
I shook dad off
"Where are you going?
I started running
"sTeVEN!!? Where are you going!?"

They both were running and whispered to themselves as they left their parents
