Steven's p.o.v
I was running, running as fast as i could to get back to connie.
I needed her, and im guessing she needed me too
"cOnNIE!!" I kept yelling
"Steven?!" I heard her call out in the distance
"C-connie?" I said to myself and started running again
I cant lose her , not like this, what i did was horrible...
But, was it really that bad...?
Didn't she overreact....?
I kept saying this to myself but tried not to think about it
"cONNIE!!" I said with a crying tone
"Steven!"
I turn around and see connie running towards me
I started running towards her with tears in my eyes
When i got to her i picked her up and twirled her.
She started laughing/crying, and so did i
"Connie im so sorry! I-i didn't mean..."
"Shut up" she said smiling and tears still falling
"Con..."
She softly grabbed my chin and leaned in and kissed me..
"Steven, i wanted to say i was sorry, i ..guess i overreacted , bur it really hurt me...i..i don't know how to describe the pain it put me in, but it really hurts seeing you making out with me, but it not being..well. Me"
"Connie, im sorry. I promise it will never happen again...i was being stupid and should have caught the clues that it wasn't you, but my dumb brain..."
I lowered my head and looked at the ground, and watched my tears hit the ground
She put her hand on my shoulder and softly lifted my head up to look at her
"Steven, i don't think you're stupid"
I slowly leaned in to kiss her but then someone started yelling
"cONNIE what is wrong with you !! You could have killed us!! And you know how long it tool me to find you??!!"
"No.." She said
"15 mins!!!, 15 mins connie i was walking here to get to you!!"
Then i heard someone coming from the other direction yelling at me
"sTEVeN QUARTZ UNIVERSE! What do you think you're doing?!? You do NOT just run off like that!!"
As the yelled just kept getting louder and louder i put my hands on ny head and screamed
"sHUT UP!"
The yelling hushed and everyone stared at me
"We aren't little kids anymore!! We moved away remember?! We are grown ups now! You cant treat us like kidss!!"
