chapter 47
I paced around waiting for my father to finish up whatever he was doing and we would be on our way to war.
"Kevin please calm down everything is going to be fine" my father said combing threw his deep brown hair
"how can I be calm when my wife is being kissed and fingered by the enemy!" I yelled
"you told her to do whatever they said so they don't kill her. Kevin think of the right here! imagine if she didn't do what landen said? he would get mad and kill her! then what are you going to do!" my dad pointed out
I nodded and closed my eyes to see Nicole sleeping but that bear holding on to her side like a baby with its mother.
"he saved her life" my dad said seeing exactly what I did.
I growled and punched the wall.
"I know it's just I need her with me" I said putting my face in my hands
"I understand. we will get her back" he said trying to calm me
"honey?" my mom said knocking on the door
"Margaret I promise everything is going to be alright" my dad said pulling her into his arms
"Kevin" she cried
"I'm so sorry" she mouthed
"thanks mom. I promise we'll get her back" I assured
my mom sniffed and moved from my dads arms
"why haven't you saved her yet? it's almost been two days. she needs you" she said
I clenched my jaw
"because I know that if I try to attack now landen will go crazy and try to kill her. I don't want to take that chance" I replied
"she could have died either way" my mom said brushing off her pants.
"go she needs you now" my mom said placing her hand on my shoulder.
I nodded and looked at my dad
"ready?" I asked
he nodded and kissed my mom good bye then we ran down gathering the army together.
"it's going to be okay" he said
"I Love her" I confessed
"I know you do, she loves you too" my father replied
we finished getting everyone together and got in the car.
"it's time" I said

I was having a great sleep then landen started nudging me.
"Nicole. Nicole wake up" landen whispered
I groaned and turned on my side so we were face to face
"what?" I whinned
"its time. Kevin is on his way to the house now we need to get there before he does" landen replied and stood up pulling on a black v-neck shirt
"what! why didnt he tell me?!" I snapped and darted out of bed
"you were asleep. he tried but then he just texted me" he said holding up his phone
"oh" I replied and threw off my shirt then pulled on another one
"why do we need to get there before?" I asked pulling on my pants
"he's weak right now, You haven't been with him so its been hard for him to concentrat without his love with him" he said not making eye contact
