"Sounds Heavenly" (Sam and Dean Imagine)

Imagine: Having a day off with the boys.

All you needed in life was a well deserved break with the boys after days and nights of nonstop hunting, but you knew living with the Winchesters, that was never going to happen. You wipe off the vampire's blood off your face as you look in the mirror, you gasp a little as you see Dean's reflection behind you.

"Geez, Dean you surprised me."

"You mean scared." chuckled Dean as he leaned against the door frame.

"Sure. Yeah, okay." you reply wetting the cloth with warm water, still rubbing the blood off. "What up?"

"Well, Sam and I we were thinking that we should all go and relax, ya know? We've been solving and working cases 24/7 we thought we all deserved a nice break. The three of us. Like old times."

You looked at Dean through the mirror, releasing a chuckle as you smiled. "Sure. I would definitely love that. Let me shower and change first. I really need to get all this blood of me."

"Sure thing, kiddo."

"So where do you boys plan to go?" you asked hopping into the back of the Impala.

"Well." began Sam looking at you through the rear view mirror. "Dean and I found a really nice field out in the open a couple days back that has an amazing view of the night sky. We thought it would be perfect to just sit there and talk. Relax."

"Sounds heavenly." you strap the seat belt on as Dean starts the car.

It took maybe about half an hour to arrive to the open field, you weren't quite sure how long it took, you dozed off 5 minutes into the drive. "Hey, Y/N. We're here." your eyes fluttered open as you saw Sam gently shaking you. You let out a yawn as you got out of the car.

"Whoa." You couldn't believe the beautiful you had ahead of you. A pasture field ahead of you. You made out dewdrops of the blades of grass as the moon illuminated everything around you. You stood speechless at how beautiful it was for you, you let out a small chuckle.

"What's funny, Y/N?" asked Sam as he made his way towards you.

Your eyes were locked on the moon, shinning in the moonlight, "I just haven't seen something as beautiful as this in what seems to be years." you spoke gently, closing your eyes as you felt the cool breeze of the wind blow through your hair.

You heard the Impala's trunk slam shut, as you hear Dean make his way over to you and Sam. "Here, I thought we should drink to make the moment even more special." You take the bottle from Dean's hand as you lean against the Impala, still looking at the moon and stars above. You feel the Impala sink a little as Sam and Dean decide to sit with you.

You turn to look at the boys who were also staring up at the night sky. Sam let out a small sigh as his eyes never turned away from the stars and the moon. You eyes shifted to Dean as he looked pensive, his brows furrowing a bit as he too looked at the night sky.

You turned back towards the moon as you closed your eyes inhaling the cool midnight breeze, taking in every beautiful moment that was happening right here, right now.
