"Everything's ready, at least, if you finished your part?" I say to Peter. "I did my part." He says. After talking to the dj, and helping move all his stuff to the living room, Peter arrived. I told him since he's here so early to help set up everything. Then when I finished what I was doing I went to find Peter. And here we are.

"So, where's the light show?" Peter asks, intrigued. "They'll come around midnight." I say. Then I look down, "Oh shoot! I forgot to change my clothes. I'll be right back." I say, running to my room. I open my closet, and take out my costume. I change as quick as I can. And finally, I put my mask over my face.

Its blue and silver, blue covering more of the mask. I walk back down stairs to find Peter changed as well. He looks nice in a black tux. And his mask is black with swirls of blue around the eyes. "You look great for a masquerade party!" I say. "That's kind of what you told everyone to wear, soooo ... yeah."

Suddenly, DING DONG! I look at the digital clock. 10:05. Close enough. I walk over and tell the dj to start playing the music. Then I speed walk to the door and open it. There's at least 20 people waiting at the door. "Okaay, didn't expect so many people." I say, surprised. I take a step back so people can walk in. I greet everybody while there walking in. Everybody looks so cool! Red and blue, purple and green, yellow and red, AMAZING! When everyone walked in, I closed the door. But before I close the door, I see someone running towards the door.

"Wait! Wait, I'm here!" She yells. She stops at the door step to take a breath. I know why, because she's wearing a beautiful red and black dress that covers her feet. She has gloves that go all the way to her elbow, and a red and black mask to go along with the dress. She has blue eyes behind the mask, and long black hair. "Why hello Cinderella." I say jokingly. "Hello Prince Charming." She says back, bowing. We both laugh at that little show.

"Welcome to my sweet sixteen." I say, still laughing.
