**MELODY POV**

I don't know how to explain what I was feeling,i was in pain my bloodstream was in fire.I heard voices around me but it was not really clear all I knew was that at a moment I was falling in a black hole and... nothing.

As I slowly opened my eyes I was in Bella's room.Bella was sitting in a chair in the corner sleeping and Edward was sitting at the end of my bed.

"Edward?"I asked weakly.

He smiled at me :

"Hey,it's okay you should sleep"He said.

Then I realised what happened.

"James?"I asked afraid.

"Shh the others took care of him,he is no more a danger"He said sitting face of me.

"What happened?"I asked.

Then I felt a slight pain on my hand.I gasped seeing the bite of a vampire.

"I'm... I'm a vampire?"I asked shocked.

Edward shooked his head and stared at the mark while talking to me.

"I...I kind of take back the venom"He said then his eyes met mine.

"You... what?"I asked.

"I sucked the venom or you would have turned in a vampire"he said.

"You...you were able to do that?"I asked shocked.

He had taste my blood but although of that he stopped.

"I...I don't know if I would have been able to stop... but there was something...I don't know how to describe it... which help me to stop..."Edward said.

He looked confused but then regained his worry face.

"How's your head?"He asked touching the back of my head.

"Not that bad... and thank you"I said.

He removed his hand and looked at me.

"You saved me and I just rejected you,I'm sorry for--"He cut me.

"You don't have to excuse yourself"He said smiling a little.

I sighed,why does all of this must be complicated?

"What about Tyler?"I asked.

"I don't know if I can tell you--"I cut him.

"Edward i've passed through many things,I think I can handle"I said.

He lowered his eyes.

"Well,Tyler is like an hybrid... half vampire half werewolf he is the one who killed your
parents and tried to put the blame on me"Edward said.

"Is he aware of what happened here?"I asked.

Edward merely nod.

"When he learned about James coming in Forks he just went back to England"

So he knew that I would have die and he just went away...

"Don't think about that"Edward said softly.

"I... I just need to sleep"I said lying on the bed hiding my face in the pillows.
