A year has passed......and love between them has grown farther.......
(Ayu’s POV)
I smell the fresh morning air. It was another beautiful spring, the same time when I first came here..the same time I met him..
I laugh, thinking about the good memories we have had together.
As I turn to go back inside, a van moves towards the other side of the road. As they park, the door to the van opens. It was jiyong.
I look at him. I smile.
“Jiyong ah-”
Then suddenly something painful strikes me in the chest. From the impact I move backwards falling to the floor. I hold my chest. Then, I start to see the past.
《Flashback》
It was cold, dark, rainy......He left me...without a word, and just like the dream he took the girl with her and left me behind....leaving me in sadness, pain, agony....
The flashback ends and I gasp for air.
Still feeling dizzy, I remember what happened that day. I grab my painful chest.
“gwenchanah”
I calm down a bit.
“You....no longer love him.”
Saying those words calmed me down completely. I stand up, my legs still wobbly, but I make it back to the front door.
Staring at the doorknob I take in a deep breath and open it.
And of course, he was standing there.
I give him my usual smile.
“Annyeong! Orenmaneida”
(Orenmaneida: means long time no see)
He smiles back.
“Yeah. Jaljinetsou?”
(Jaljinetsou: means how have you been)
I hesitate for a bit. Then I reply.
“Good! How was japan.....How is...Kiko?”
He ruffles his hair.
“We are back together now...” He says blushing.
I didn’t feel dissapointed. I knew this was going to happen anyway.
I give him a fake smile.
“That’s great! I’m glad you guys made up!”
He just nods scratching his head.
“Anyways, Ayu...I’m glad to see you again too.
I give him a thumbs up. I wave goodbye as I start to close the door.
“So...you’re not gonna come live with me anymore?”
I stop.
What is he saying?
Opening the door a bit I lean on the door.
“Ani. Besides, if I do, Kiko will get mad.”
He stands there. He looked sad as he slowly makes it toward his house.
I close the door behind me.
My heart was aching in pain again.
Why do you want me to live with you...after the pain you’ve caused me?
