I've decided to not visit Chloe. She's probably tired. I drive home, and see one of Addison's toys on the floor. I go put it in her toy box, and I see that her room is absolutely trashed.
How did his happen? Addison has been gone all day.
Kendall, calm down. She probably made a mess before she left and forgot to clean it up. It's okay.
I sigh, and pick everything up. It's okay, I tell myself. It's okay.
I go to bed, with nothing on my mind, except Addison's room.
