Chapter 6: Going Back Home is Impossible! Right?

“Thanks!” Xiaoling said as the ropes fell off her hands. Xiaoling held her hands in front of her and saw the rope burns. “Wow, they actually took this for real. I was right from the start. They won’t even see us as bait or anyone.” -____-

“Ahhh, don’t be harsh to them….” Rura mumbled.

“Sor-sorry.” Ash said scratching his head also his sweat dropped.  “Guess we can do you each a….Favour?”

“Well, I think I don’t- Actually can you please tell me what it’s like to be a Pokémon trainer?” Rura asked.

“What?” Dawn asked.

“Pip. Plup?” Piplup said.

Dawn nodded. Brock thought and said, “Hmmm. I guess it won’t be that bad….”

Rura’s eyes tinkle. The background around her was oddly a light pink colour and had stars! Weird. How is that even possible?!?  What the heck?! Sheessh. (Xiaoling talking-*sigh* *0* Well just saying I just realised that this is an anime world for you guys and us.) Xiaoling thought.

“Um, can we just get this done and over with?” Xiaoling said.

“Huh? Yeah sure, Xiaoling!” Rura replied.

“WHAT? I thought-We-I?” Ash, Dawn and Brock said. Moving their heads back and forth (in sync) looking at both at them.

“Wha? Oh right! I forgot to tell you but my name’s not Meilin. It’s Xiaoling.” Xiaoling replied.

……… “I see! *light bulb appears above head flashing* You didn’t want Team Rocket to know your real name so that means that Rura’s name is actually a diff-” Brock said but was stopped in mid- sentence.

“No actually that’s her real name.” Xiaoling said blankly.

“Oh.”  

“Yup.” Xiaoling said nodding her head.

“So how did you ended up telling each other?” Dawn asked.

“Huh? You wanna know the long or short version?” Xiaoling asked.

“I think the…” Ash started.

“Good, let’s do the long version. It started like this”

                     -Flashback-

                 (BTW im writing this in a third person POV so it might not make sense as Xiaoling  is talking)

Team Rocket had left the girls on chairs tied up. The sun was hung up high and the heat was getting hotter and hotter. Sweat was dripping from their fore heads. Beads of sweat dropped down their face.

“Its….Getting too hot!” Xiaoling shouted. *puff puff* Xiaoling was having trouble breathing the hot air. “Need water! Team Rocket!”

“Arr! What you want brats!”

“Water?” Xiaoling said.

“Grr! NO!”

“But-but. Then we won’t have the energy to act and please you!”

Team Rocket thought for a while and nodded. “We need you brats to act like you really don’t know.”

YES! Xiaoling thought. After a while Team Rocket left and then came back with water for both Xiaoling and Rura. They gave then their drink and left to continue planning. “Are they gone?” Xiaoling whispered.

“Huh? Yeah? Why?” Rura answered.

“ ‘Çause I’ve got something to tell you! Remember before how I was gonna tell you something but I couldn’t because Team Rocket would hear everything.”
