simple: not hard to understand or do
she was a simple girl
she liked flowers and chocolate cake
her eyes were ocean blue
and she wore woven cotton dresses
yet nobody figured out
why she always disappeared on days
when they needed her
she loved good adventures
and mysteries, not that she was
into any complex puzzle
a pretty girl in long red ribbon
who covered her tracks
when she found another quest waiting
she was a damsel
but not in distress, that's silly
she didn't need Charming
to sweep her off her feet
only a good book
and a quiet place to rest
