6: All For You

Thursday came as fast as Karylle was expecting. Bago pa sya pumunta ng office to meet her team ay naka tatlong cups ng coffee na sya dahil sa pagka nerbyos sa mga pwedeng mangyari. Still, she drove to her office to meet her team of lawyers at nag quick meeting sila bago sila tumungo papunta ng Malacanang.

"Ms Tatlonghari..." Naudlot si Karylle sa pagsakay ng elevator ng tawagin sya ni Monty.

"Sunod ka na lang, Karylle." sabi ni Atty. De Castro at binigyan ng maliit na ngiti ang boss nilang si Monty.

"Good morning and goodbye, boss!" sabi naman ni Atty. Jugueta with a smile bago tuluyang pinindot para sumara yung elevator ni Atty. Cuenca.

"I'll meet you sa lobby." sabi ni Karylle bago sumara tuluyang yung elevator. She faced Monty at binigyan ng curious smile.

"Hey."

"Hi." sagot naman ni Karylle napa chuckle sa pagka informal ng boss nya ngayon.

"We're still on for tonight, right?" tanong ni Monty with a smirk.

Napakagat labi naman si Karylle to stop herself from laughing.

"You stopped me here now, knowing that I'm on my way to the Palace to meet the president, for a very important meeting just to ask that?"

"Forget the President, our date is more important." sabi naman ni Monty playfully.

"Goodbye Monts." sabi ni Karylle na nakangiting naglalakad papunta sa elevator.

"Karylle! I've booked us a table at Four Seasons."

"Karylle, hey! What d'ya say?"

"I'll pick you up from the palace at 6, yes?"

Karylle only replied with a wink bago nag close yung elevator.

Nakangiti naman si Monty habang naglalakad ito pabalik ng kanyang office.

Pagkadating nila sa Malacanang ay inassist naman sila agad papunta sa may office ni Billy for the initial briefing. Pero bago sila pinapasok ng office ni Billy ay si Karylle muna ang pinapasok nito kaya naiwan ang iba sa may lobby ng palace wing. Kahit na ayaw at nagtataka si Karylle ay sumunod na lang sya.

"Karylle Tatlonghari, long time no see." sabi ni Billy na tumayo from his chair to assist Karylle to sit down.

"Sit your ass back down, Billy, don't pretend na you care about me." sabi naman ni Karylle na tumayo lang instead of sitting down sa chair na pinull out ni Billy for her.

"Still feisty as ever." sagot naman ni Billy with a smirk bago bumalik para umupo sa may desk nya.

"What are you playing at? Bakit ako nandito?"

"If I had my way, alam mong wala ka dito ngayon. Of course Vice wants you here."

"Bakit?"

"Kasi bumalik ka. Kung hindi ka bumalik edi sana tahimik na ulit mga buhay natin."

Natahimik naman si Karylle pero she still managed to maintain her poker face.

"As long as you're around, he will never let go." seryosong sabi ni Billy.

"Well I'm not gonna let opportunities pass just because he can't move on from me."

"Oh come on Karylle, wag mo kong niloloko. Are you actually telling me na naka-move on ka na kay Vice?"

"That's none of your business."

"I'll take that as a no then."

"Can we get back to business?"
