The Date

I heard a knock at the door and I went to answer it standing in front of me was Jo. I asked her what she was doing here "Jo you know it's like 11:00 at night I was sleep what's going on?" She said " I couldn't sleep so I needed someone to talk to" I said come in and sit down you want some wine, a beer? No thanks Arizona I'm fine I wanted to talk to you about the kiss, I'm sorry about that I wasn't thinking no it's fine I liked it after that kiss all I could think about was you and how much I loved it and that I wanted to do it again but before we do I wanted to take you on a date and show you how much I really love you. Arizona said well I'm off tomorrow so far so we could go around 8 that's fine I'll probably be off 

Fast forward to the next day
So I get up early to make my rounds and guess who's service I'm on Arizona's I couldn't wait until tonight. Today was the day, the day we go on "The Date" I was really nervous I didn't know how tonight was going to go. So I'm on rounds with Arizona man I sure do love that girl I want to spend the rest of my life with her while I was daydreaming about her I didn't even notice what time it was it was almost 8 and I needed to leave so I could get ready so I rush to my locker, got my stuff and hurried out the door. I made it to the restaurant in the nick of time it was 7:58 I made it there before 8 there she was the most beautiful, sexy, smart woman sitting there on her phone not seeing me at first "Hey Arizona" "Hey Jo how are you" "good  work was hectic" I know right. I ordered some wine if that's ok yea sure I'm fine with that so after we ate dinner and drank some wine I was too drunk to drive so I left my car at the restaurant and took a cab home so I walked Arizona to her house we made it to the front steps and she leaned in and kissed me good night she then went in the house I turned to go back to the cab and I stopped and stared at her until she closed the door that sure is a pretty girl........
