Me and Purdy (Ashley purdy X reader)

date night

We end up getting back to my place really late at night. I expected Ash to be asleep but he was sitting on the couch waiting up for me. I smile and put my stuff down. "Hey handsome" i smile and go over to him and kiss him. He smiles and wraps his arms around me

"Hey beautiful how did today go?" He asks kissing my lips softly

"It went great we got at least 5 songs done" i smile and look up at him

"That's awesome beautiful, go change into something nice. I'm taking you out to celebrate" he says and I smile, me and ash are usually busy so we rarely go out anymore, I rush up stairs and go change into a cut (f/c) dress that fit my body until my waist then poofed out oh so gently, I did my make up and hair and gave myself a quick twirl in the mirror, happy with what I see, I go down stairs, Ash has a suit on and smiles when he sees me "you look beautiful" he smiles and kisses me

"Thanks" i smile and glance over at the guys "we'll be back later"
I smile and go out with ash, he opens the car door for me, I smile and hop in, he walks around and gets in the driver side and pulls out of the drive way and heads towards a diner. It's a really fancy diner, I look around and smile, he comes around and opens the door for me

"My lady" he smirks and I giggle a bit and get out, he takes my hand and links our fingers, we walk in together and the waiter brings us to a table that has candles lit and flowers and it's all fancy "happy one year baby" he smiles and turn to him

" That's not till tomorrow babe" I say confused

"Well it's after midnight so it technically is tomorrow" he smirks

"Smart ass" i giggle and sit down, the waiter takes our orders and I smile at ash, he smiles and the waiter brings us our food. We sat in silence for a moment then ash looks up at me, for some reason he looks nervous, he gets up from the table and comes over to me

"I know we have only been together a year. But I never want this to end" with that he gets down on one knee...
