A Hidden Path

Eventually the Greeks were planning their attack eventually a man named Airionus came to King Leonidas. He was a crippled short old man who followed Leonidas since he was in Sparta. "Not one step closer you goblin" said Alexandros. "I'll kill you where you are". "Stop" said King Leonidas "I gave no such instructions". "You'll have to forgive him he forgets friend from foe" said the King. "This is unforgivable I know what I am". "You are a warrior" said Leonidas. "I am Airionus a son of Ares, my parents led me to flee where I lived I  want to serve you in the fight". "There is a route just west of that cliff the Persians can use it to surround us" said Airionus. "You want to help with our fight" asked Leonidas."Yes" said Airionus. "Tend the wounded feed and water the hungry and thirsty" said the King. "But for the battle I can't use you". Airionus was very angry he took off his armor and dropped his weapons. "You are unwise Leonidas unwise I tell you"
