drown the stars

THE RELATIVITY OF US

constellations in my heart all form the shape of an arrow,

my surface being tattered and messy,

are the imaginations of my lovers.

your interference might just be the annihilation of both of us;

our anti and positive matter colliding to extinguish one another

.....or perhaps our opposites might conjoin in an electrical pull.

will your dark matter lure me, just to crush me?

the laws of relativity apply to every aspect of my voyage

and weaken the likelihood of my living,

if we touch,

helium particles might explode and nuclear fusion deface;

we will orbit each other,

our light never quite reaching the other,

and unlike the moon, the stars, and the sun,

our distance isn't definite.

the dark regions between us will quite surely swallow the other,

a small blink of light alerting of its disappearance.

and maybe,

just like relativity,

we are only a theory.
