10:31am, my room in Alfert's Hostel

I just got back from skating around the city and picking up as much as I could from my list. I got the cash from the ATM, found some water and nuts at the supermarket, and I happened to skate past an old woman selling Santa hats like the one I bought the kids on Paris' land. No wreaths, though, so I'll try to make her one.

I don't have to look in the mirror to know I've lost weight. I can feel my pants are loose on my hips. All my fat, and some muscle, has melted away in the never-ending heat. I'm always sweating, but I don't mind it to be honest. I like being lean.

I still want to be strong, though, so I'm going to design a workout I can do in my room, something well-rounded, with simple strength-building exercises that only use my body weight.

My hotel workout routine:

-5 sun salutations

-25 in/out sit ups

-5 burpies

-25 crunches

-20 pushups

-25 wide leg sit ups

-20 pushups

-25 lat/side situps/each side

-20 pushups

-25 V-up/lift up leg pulse

-20 pushups

-50 V-sit hammer/side to side

-10 push ups

2x 1:30 wall squat

Total time: 30min

While I was working out, I began to think of some personal goals for myself.

Goals:

-Help people

-Organize financial life

-Live naturally

-Finish writing my next book Beyond Ataraxia

-Finish my book of poetry.

-Get a new contract for the summer of 2013 to coach

-Get a new US work visa (my current visa expires in May)

-Exercise daily

-Live sober

-Skateboard more
