Few years later
Ava's pov
"Oww"I say as my physical therapist moves my knee
"Ava I have done all I can now it's up to you if you want to walk again"she said I sighed
"I want to try it again "I say
"Are you sure " Mrs. Nicole my physical therapist says
"Yes " I say sitting up
She helped me up I put all the pressure on my right leg and then stood on both I had learned how to stand again when I was six .
"Ok here we go"she said
She held me up as I took my first step then another the pain was excruciating but I kept going and soon it didn't hurt I kept walking a relying on Mrs Nicole less and less until she moved away I kept walking on my own I stopped and looked at Mrs Nicole
"You did it I new you could "she said
The smile on my face wouldn't fade. I haven't walked since I was 5 years old but now I'm now 10 and I can walk again
"MOMMY!!!" I yelled I heard foot steps and she came in
"yes"she said
"Look" I said
I started moving my legs walking towards her
She gasped and I saw the years form in her eyes
When I made it to her she caught me and bear hugged me.
I started crying tears of joy and sadness because when I couldn't walk my mommy would carry me all the time and hold me in her arms but she won't have to do that anymore but I can walk .
She picked me up and twirled me around making me laugh she brought me back into her chest and she hugged me tight and I did the same she kissed me several time but I didn't mind.
Mrs Nicole said that was enough for to day and she said to practice walking around the house but to not run go down stairs or walk to fast. I nodded she also gave me crutches and too away my wheelchair
Mommy decided to carry me so I didn't over do it

Once we got home everyone had seemed to have already went to bed
"Mommy can I walk into my room once we get up the stairs" I ask
"Sure baby" she said
When we got up the stairs she put me down and steady me
I move my legs right foot left foot right foot left foot I kept going til I heard a scream I looked up to see Pinoe there staring at me "you-you -you -your walking"she stuttered
I nodded
" what the hell is -holy shit" Abby said your walking
"Yes aunt Abby I can walk now"I say excitedly
Eventually everyone has come out of their rooms and I walk over to mine I hear claps and cheers and I smile knowing my future is bright now
