Chapter 3: We get to know them

(Thursday, 4th April, 8:16pm)

Liane POV

(Pitch black sea, we really are on a ship...)

???: "Ha! Ha! Ha!"

(I hear laughter from the center of the ship...)

Christopher: "Guys, attention please! We've got guests!"

Men dining in a circle, turn and look at us all at once.

Mio POV

I look around, searching for him and spots him sitting down at the side of the table. I decide to remain silent.

(I'm sure this will turn out fun!)

At this moment...

Russell: "Women?! What da hell are women doin' on our ship!?"

(As expected, hot head Russell will be displease with this...)

Russell: "Are they yer women, Christopher?"

(What the...! Nice assumption there pea brain.)

Nathan: "Doc ain't have no woman. How 'bout Eduardo?"

Eduardo: "What 'bout me?"

Liane: "Ah... it's you..."

Eduardo: "You two were at the bar..."

Liane: "It's us! You helped us at the bar!"

(I wonder where this ship is headed too...)

Mio: "Speaking of which... where is this ship heading towards to?"

Eduardo: "What's your name?"

Liane: "Huh? I'm...Liane..."

"Mio..."

Eduardo: "Liane and Mio... I may remember that before you two get swallowed by the sea."

Liane: "W-what?!"

Liane grabs my arm and look at me, knowing I can't swim after an incident.

I kinda expected him to say something like this.

"Heh... not surprising, Eduardo... "

I say under my breath.

Eduardo: " Choose one, with a blindfold or without one."

Liane: " W-what about blindfold?!"

I fold my arms.

(Trying to scare us... what entertainment... woohoo...)

Thomas: "E...Eduardo! You're thinking somethin' dirty...!Not on our ship!"

Eduardo: "Your mind is somewhere else, I'm talkin' about makin' them walk the plank with a blindfold, and let them jump."

Liane: "What!? Wait a minute! We're just asking where the ship is going!"

Russell: "Hee, hee... Where? Ya gotta be kidding me!"

(Argg... geez... shut up Russell... )

Russell: "A treasure island! Where else pirates wanna go, jerk!"

"Hey Russell... Did you juat call Liane jerk?"

Russell: "Hm? Eek!!"

I walk behind him without him noticing.

Liane: "Mio-chan, don't do it!"

Too late for that now.

"Hyaahh!!"

I raised my fist and throw it at Russell's pretty face but just then...

???: "Ha! Ha! Ha!"

(Huh? That laughter... it's... no doubt about it! It's...! )

Liane POV

"Eek!!"

A muscular arm wrap around my neck.

???: "This is some entertainment... perfect under the full moon."

"Excuse me...?"

Everyone is now calm down, and Mio is as well!?

(Is he the captain?)

Mio lowers her fist and her face is emotionless now... Amazing! Once Mio is angry, she will punch that person without changing her mind but once this man appears, she calm down so much!

Mio: "Captain Morgan, please do not touch that fair lady."

She says while shutting her eyes.

Morgan: "Oh Mio! It's good to see you doing fine! Come here!"

Captain Morgan releases his grip around my neck and extend both his arms towards Mio, signaling Mio to hug him while laughing like a total maniac.

After a few seconds, Mio open her eyes and starts laughing. She then run towards Captain Morgan, giving him a hug.

Mio: "Morgan!!"
