Chapter 7: Breakfast is important!

(Friday, 5th April, 6:40am)

Aria POV

I admit, I look pathetic and I bet Nathan felt the same.. But what can I do? Part of my history was so painful, literally, and that man is still out there. What if he was still finding me?

(...Alright, I feel a bit better. I should probably let go of Nathan.)

Releasing my grip, I wiped away my tears and walked away, muttered a soft thanks to Nathan without making eye contact with him.

I walked towards the bow but Nathan grabbed my wrist.

Nathan: "Tell me what's wrong, why did you cry? Moreover... who is this 'Mad Man' that you were mumbling about?"

"I.. You better get breakfast ready, they're all waking up now..."

I pushed his rough hand away and went to the bow and stood there, wind blowing my hair.

I lifted up my right arm, and using my left hand I whistled.

"Seagull, I command you! Come to my aid!"

Then, a white seagull flew onto my right arm and I patted its head.

"Hey little guy, don't mind help me right?"

The little cutie shaked its head.

"Please fly to Light Kingdom and tell Ersella Luvixia this: 'Hi, I'm on a pirate's ship. Don't worry, they're nice people. How's the kingdom? See you soon, dear sister. ' Is that alright? Now go!"

I watched as the Seagull flew towards South. I turned my head behind and saw that Nathan was no longer there.

(So he went to make breakfast already.)

I jumped down, just then, Liane walked over to me and hugged me.

Liane: " Morning Aria-Chan!" (o^^)o

"Morning Liane-Chan, how's yesterday? Did Russell bully you?"

I then glared at Russell, that idiot was yawning and scratching his head. That is till he noticed my glare.

Russell: "Hey hey hey hey hey! I ain't do no shyt Woman!"

<(ˍ ˍ*)> <-- Aria's face

"What did I say about you shouting? "

Russell: "Ah... S-s-sorry!"

With that, he ran to the dining room.

Liane: "Heehee, he didn't do anything. In fact, he let me sleep on his bed while he sleep on the floor.."

"Heehee, looks like what Morgan said was true, Nathan did the same too. I-"

*sneeze*

Liane: " Aria, did you catch a cold?"

"Nah, just dus-"

*sneeze*

Liane: "You definitely catch a cold! Do you have a temperature? "

She placed the back of her palm on my forehead.

Liane: "Strange... You're temperature is normal... "

"Told you, it's dust..."

Russell: "Hey Woman-"

I, once again, glared at him.

Russell: "I mean... Liane, are you coming or what?"

Liane: "Yes, coming. Let's go Aria!"

"You go ahead, I'll be there in a jiffy."

Liane: "...Alright."

...

The last person to came out of his room, Eduardo, saw me and went up to me.

Eduardo: " Oi, aren't you going to have breakfast?"

"I should probably go now. By the way, Mornin' Eduardo. "

Eduardo: "Ya ya.."

I walked first, followed by Eduardo.

...

I sat beside the window, which is on my right. On my left it was Liane, then Russell. In front of Russell was Christopher, next to Christopher was Thomas, then followed by Eduardo. At the head of the table was Morgan, of course.

Not long later, Grumpy Nathan served us breakfast.

Christopher: " I think something's missing... Oh, I know. I wanna eat the sticky soy thing I ate in Yamato. It was so delicious when I tried it. "

(Sticky soy thing?Doesn't he mean Natto?)

Nathan: "...I got that."

Eduardo: "Nathan, I wanna a peaches & cream yogurt. "

Nathan: "...Got it."

Eduardo: "I gotta have yogurt in the morning."

Liane: " Incredible... "

Thomas: "Are ya surprised? It's guaranteed Nathan has anythin' ya want!"

Liane: " Is that so... are chefs on pirate ships all like him?"

Thomas: "That's crazy! Nathan's very special. But, you'd get scolded like hell if ya open the fridge with tellin' him."

Nathan: "It took a while.. Here."

Christopher: "Thank you, Nathan."

Russell: "Ugh, it stinks! Chris, what's that, it stinks!"

Christopher: "Don't make such a big deal... it's not that bad!"

Eduardo: "Yum, this is so good! Nathan knows it all, A large piece of peach tastes better than a small piece."

"Is that so..."

(These people are strange...)

Nathan: "What ya want, Aria?"

I looked up at Nathan.

(He actually look a bit concern... but I'm full from just his breakfast so...)

"Nothing at the moment Nathan, thank you for the meal, now excuse me please..."

Later on, Morgan and Eduardo are discussing about the route of the ship, Thomas and Russell was resting at some unknown area of the ship while Liane and I were just looking at the sea.

(I need to find Christopher. )

"Liane... I think Christopher suspected something..."

Liane: "What.....?!"
