I walked inside my house and just sat and thought about everything that Anitha had told me.
"Momma!" I heard Khusi say taking me out of my thoughts.
"Hey, why aren't you sleeping?It's 1 in the morning," I said.
"I was waiting for you. I needed help on my homework," she said.
"Why didn't you tell me before? Come on," I said.
We left and she got it done. I decided to just sleep here, since I'm sure everyone else is asleep.
I however didn't fall asleep, just laid their thinking about everything. I also hope that little boy finds a good home.
